Down another -.8 this am. Going back to my yoga class today. I'm tired of buttparking. I think I'll put my chili on miracle noodles today, and give myself a little extra bump. Since I don't eat fruit, I'm not getting the fiber, so they probably won't hurt.

Good morning, ladies!!! I am down -0.9 today, it's day 27 and tomorrow will see the results for week#4. So far I lost 19 lbs even. I think it's going smoothly because it's all new fat and I guess it's easier to get rid of than the old fat that have been there for years.... though i don't know for sure.
. I am getting bored though and want more variety in food.... will see how long I will last.

Blondie - good results, moving down very nicely. I had miracle noodles last rounds, I made stuffed cabbage with it. It was quite good and definitely satisfying.

Skinnyfat - right before TOM, you retain more water, so no movement on the scale or even going up. Also it's difficult to resist the temptations due to hormones.
And right after it starts you gradually loose extra water and get a nice loss. The protocol says no injections during TOM, but I never did that and I don't skip a day either. It would be nice to know the exact protocol instructions for TOM...

LinderLou - hang in there. You are now Home and I hope you will get a movement in the right direction.

Xexymess - Barbados sounds good. I love travelling.... how are you stabilizing?

Kat-Wow, thats a great loss this late in the game. I do kind of agree with the new fat/old fat theory. This was the heaviest I've ever been. I'm now back to the point where I normally start. So it'll be interesting if it slows down or not as I get under 150. In my past reset round, I started to stall around 147, and basically right at 10 lbs lost

    Hello Loaders!

@Kat, I'm a teeny bit jealous of your willpower but thrilled that it's paying off! Usually my business trips are to small towns during the week. I'm in the water business and the tanks are rarely in the middle of exciting cities. I'm really excited about the length of this trip because it will give me time to explore a little bit.

Today I woke up at 155 which I had hoped to reach before my last injection but my final six days of HCG showed no movement on the scale and since (a) I cheated and (b) I didn't do an apple day I decided to be positive that at least my cheat didn't result in a gain and focus on stabilizing. Still no "movement" and I've already added dairy, avocado, grapefruit, bacon, coconut oil, and vodka back into rotation. I'm now 3.4lbs below LIW. Should I try to gain or just be thankful for the extra protection against having to do a steak day?

I had also stopped looking in the mirror because I was so unhappy with my body and frustrated about few results for a LOT of effort. I've been taking measurements every Friday or Saturday since starting my first round in July but never saw much decrease (I measure waist, butt, hip). Is there a better way to measure? I know that my clothes don't fit the same...

    Round 1, P2: 187 to 168
    Round 1, P3: 166 stable

    Round 2, P2: 168 to 156
    Round 2, P3: D4, 156

    Good morning all!

Happy to report DOWN 0.3 this morning, so almost back to where I started on Monday. Took my Magnesium yesterday and resulted in a little movement, so that’s back on track too.

I was thinking, I bought some sugar-free ketchup (G Hughes brand) to have with my boiled shrimp during my trip. Do you think that could have affected anything? I only had 1T at a time, but I know some people stall on tomatoes… And I don’t know if I am sensitive, since I don’t eat raw tomatoes due to the acidity. Think I will just NOT eat that again until I can test better in P3 or P4.

Blondie – Great losses! Sounds like you got your energy back since you’re going to yoga class.

Kat – Great losses as well. Wow 19 lbs is GREAT progress! And, if your ticker is up to date, it looks like you broke into the 150’s as well! Yay you! You may have something there with the new fat vs old fat. The fat I’m dealing with at this point is VERY old fat, and it seems reluctant to move on

Skinny – Are you back on the protein shakes? Are you keeping the fff in your daily routine? Sounded like that worked well for you. Yay for being in the 120’s. Hoping to join you soon!

Xexy – Have you measured your driver’s seat?? I don’t measure, but judge the current status by how my clothes fit, and by how I feel. My personal belief about losing below your LIW in P3 is that it is all a bonus. As long as you’re not trying to lose and are eating until you are full, it is probably just your body getting to a comfortable point. Maybe an old set point? Congrats on getting to your 155 goal! That must feel great!

Yeah, the mirror and our brains have a love/hate relationship, don’t they? We don’t have a full length mirror in our house right now, so the only time I see my whole reflection is at my friend’s house, once a month. I didn’t really see changes for a long time, until the last couple of months, but wow, I see a different reflection now for sure! Yes, there are still bulges and fluffy areas that need to go away, but overall – wow, especially from a side view. Hang in there girl, the mirror will catch up. And if it is any consolation, I DID notice a lot of remodeling during P3 for sure, so even if the scale stays steady, stuff was moving around.

Everyone else – hope you’re having good losses and/or maintaining. Have a great weekend!
