P4 day 2 144.4 Still 2.6 under LIW
Goodmorning everyone!
Hanging around 150 so I am very happy with that! Today starts P4 for me though I am not sure if I'll add starches yet or not. I think I'll let my palate guide me instead of adding them just because I can.
Looks like you are doing really well maintaining, Rose. Thinking of you and your family.
Prayers for your grandmother, JGD. I am so sorry.
I hear you on the mental exercise with the LDW/LDI! I have found it much easier to raise it as well when it is higher however I would wait till after P3. It is way too soon to tell.
Dubs, if still stalling, keep going is my opinion. It may be water weight that will flush out. I hope you can change how you look at your round. You lost weight. Full stop :)
Thanks for that photo, Leez! Will looks for them. The TJ ones made with sunflower oil are pretty hard.
Welcome, Samster! Happy loading/P2!
Hi All,
Popping in here real quick. Welcome Samster and good luck!! Mrstrong, you are doing so great!! I think thats a good idea to let your palate guide you! Rose and Mrsstrong, good luck in P4.
As for me, I went up a little from my Saturday wine drinking and eating off plan but so far, just 1 lb over my LIW. I would like to be under but it is what it is.
Busy busy day for me today so I will try and check in later.
@mrs.strong Trying to figure out how you started p4 today and i started on Sunday. My P3 started i thought same time on Sunday which means Saturday was 21 days Only one day diff so i recounted and Sunday was Day 1 P4 Guess it matters little but had not seen you address p4 and was curious
JGD, I am so sorry to hear this. Hospice is wonderful tho. They make the transition so painless and peaceful for your loved one. They helped with both my mother-in-law and my mother. They were wonderful. But it is sad time. But glad you will be able to be with her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Virtual hugs.
Good Tuesday morning everyone!
JGD, Thinking of you and your family this morning, guess you are with your family and grandmother this morning. It's a sad time, but Hospice will be helpful. Hugs.
mrsstrong, Phoebe, Rose, sounds like you are all doing well on P4, keep it up. ng
Anyone else on here, if on P2, hang in there, before long you will be in P3, and many more options will be open to you. P2 is wonderful in it's own way, with the aid OF HCG on P2 and it's hunger squelching qualities it makes cutting down calories so much easier. Love the miracle of hcg. Then P3 is wonderful food options.
AFM: Dropped .6 today. Went to my DERM SPA yesterday and had a skin trmt that is actually pretty intense, Genesis, for fine lines and wrinkles--they tout as not very painful, light laser, but it hurt like ****. Seriously. You leave looking lightly sunburned, and she said there might be a little swelling today, which there is, minimal, but there is. I mean, there is actually no downtime to procedure, but there is some swelling, which I don't mind, because since losing this weight I think my face has gotten thin. Anyway, i was expecting to pick up due to inflamation, but actually didn't. Which was good. Today is Last Dose Weight. 153.2, It has to be LDW, because I have to go to Virginia on Saturday, and need to be on P3 then. I'll do my transition 72 hours and will be on P3 by Friday, for a late breakfast on Friday morning. I look forward to that. Not dying for it, but ready. Didn't get to goal weight, of 150, but that is ok, wasn't POP every day. Had several little glitches during round, don't think was totally committed--had too many social engagements during the round. If I don't stablize and 2 weeks from now feel like I could commit better, I'll view the next 2 weeks as Planned interruption, mix more hcg, or use pellets and complete another 2 weeks for a full round. We'll see, like Leez said in one thread, I may not be in the right place right now to decide. I'll post exact staTS after transition days, but I don't expect losses during transition. I usually don't lose in transition, which is a sore spot for me.
Have a lot to do today, will check in later. hope everyone is ok. Let the countdown begin. Not hungry.
Hi all,
I am hanging in there at .7 above LIW. Today is P3D19 for me. I hope you are all doing well!! After reading about JGD's grandma, it really makes me realize that life is short!! Death is so difficult, but unfortunatley, it is a part of life!
Live life to the fullest everyday!! Make lasting memories with the ones you love and never take life for granted!!
Thanks for the welcome all!
justgitterdone - I'm thinking of you and your family.
roselanoue - Congrats on staying so far under LIW!
mrsstrong - Enjoy P4! It's inspiring to see others getting all the way through.
Dubbles - Thanks for the encouragement! :)
PhoebeS - You're so close to P4. Very exciting.
I'm officially VLCD1 today. (Is that P2D1 or P2D3?) I was very disappointed when I couldn't finish my treats last night, haha, and I only ended up putting on 0.4 lb during loading (which has been my past experience, I think the HCG starts flushing water on my second day of loading because I always go up on my first day of loading but then lose most of it on the second day). I'm a little hungry right now but it's almost dinnertime here so I'm looking forward to that.
