Strong- I remember your last round, you were rock steady in P3, so sorry to hear you are bouncing a bit this round. I seem to always bounce around a lot in P3.
RK and Phoebes- thanks for the hugs, thoughts and prayers. I leave tomorrow for my grandmas so looking forward to spending some quality time with her.
Dubbs- you so right about spending time with our elders. They appreciate it soooo much. I know I have been guilty of not spending enough time with mine. And my kids, I try to get them to understand how lucky they are to have a great grand mother and how precious this time is, but they don’t understand and I fear won’t understand until she’s gone.
I’m at same weight today so oh well, it is what it is at this point. I still haven’t decided on when my last injection day will be. I was thinking Tuesday, but that puts me going into P3 over the weekend which sounds great, but in reality, I’m better off starting P3 on a Monday because I’ll be able to prepare and plan better. Weekends are crazy for us schedule wise with all 3 of our kids having soccer games on the weekends and we are typically all over the place. So anyway, I’m debating on whether to keep injecting until Friday so that my first official P3 day would be that Monday. This “short” round is turning into a not so short round after all. Lol!
On another topic, I would LOVE to hear from everyone what their favorite super clean P3 meals are for the first few days of P3. Also, snack ideas…I love nuts and nut butters but try not to eat them the first week of P3…so first fews days of P3 snack ideas would be much appreciated as well. I’ll start by saying my first breakfast is always bacon, eggs, avocado and coffee with heavy cream. Lunch is usually tuna salad and dinner usually a good steak with asparagus, mushrooms and sometimes a small salad.
