Was going to weigh and report but forgot so here I am without a weigh-in. Still holding myself accountable to check in and see how everyone is doing. I have been fine though so I don't expect any issues.
Dubbles, I had a load where I lost weight!!! The change from carbs and inflammatory foods to fats and healthy ones made a huge difference. I have since mostly loaded on healthy foods! OK, cheese cake one day and ice cream the second, but the rest was healthy and high fat. Salmon, eggs, avocado, bacon, etc. Crazy huh?
Karen, I too try and live to my fullest though I accept that some days are just blah even if I am alive. Someone told me a long time ago that gratefulness is the secret to happiness and it is what I live by. And say something kind to one person a day at least.![]()

It sounds like it will be good for you to see what foods inflame you if you drop that much water weight while loading!
