Sorry to be MIA everyone! I am at the coast ending the summer strong! Hopefully staying on track but havenít weighed. I did cheat with two fried oysters. I mean, irresistible! I also made gluten free quiches for when my daughter came for dinner earlier this week but some crust may have slipped in even though I tried scraping it off. I did not have time to make myself something separate.

Back tonight, eating clean tomorrow or maybe just do a preemptive high protein day and then onward. I was up from those plantain chips with coconut oil so fingers crossed itís not worse. At least I know what I did, right? Lol

See you all tonight or tomorrow! Or this weekend. There may be a baby brewing.

MrsStrong, next time, put aside some of the quiche filling and bake it in a muffin tin without the crust.

I have giant ones, I make egg muffins with various fillings for family breakfasts.

AFM - p2d6, 498 cals yesterday. Hungry for breakfast but not otherwise.

All you sassies still in P2....hang in there.....those wonderful P3 recipes being discussed are just days away.

The first day of P3 always feels like Christmas mornings to me. What present do I unwrap first? haha!

Hello everyone! I weighed the same this morning as yesterday morning so I have decided that yesterday was my last injection day. I’m at 134.2 for LIW. I was hoping for a couple pounds more loss, but I’m happy with where I am, if can just stay here! I lost a total of 14.4 lbs not including loading weight. I did 31 days of VLCDs with injections, so now I am doing my transition days. Saturday will be my first day of P3.

Dubbs- although you definitely want to try your best not to do it again, I don’t consider that much of a binge…you showed some serious self restraint. I think after I ate those 2 strawberries with the goo I would have eaten all the cheesecake, chocolate cake, then I would need a bag of chips for something salty, then something else sweet, and on and on….that’s about how a binge for me goes, so I try not to cheat in P2 for fear of if I start I won’t be able to stop. All that to say, good job on not doing a full out binge, but finish your round out strong and don’t do it again!

Phoebes- that’s an awesome loss for a steak day!! Happy it worked out for you!

Rose- so sorry to hear about the additional stress outside of already losing 2 loved ones! Glad you and hubby’s tests came back negative though.

Welcome back Strong! Hopefully you’re enjoying your time at the coast and spent some quality time with your daughter.

Hiya Gz! Sounds like you are doing great in P2.

On another note, my grandma is still not doing well so please keep up the prayers for her. She’s being admitted into the hospital today for a procedure that will hopefully pull some of the fluid from her lungs so she can breathe better.

Oh yes, me too. I just had an hour to make 6 quiches (dropped 3 off for a postpartum family). I usually make a frittata for myself. Just no time or space in the oven and ravenous.

JGD, So sorry about your grandmother. My father had lung cancer and I was the one that was with him every day as everyone else worked full time. It was not an easy disease. He was only 56. Definitely prayers for her. Keeping her comfortable is really important.

Thanks for the pep talk and not chastising me too badly on my cheat. Still didn't cause a gain, but may have contributed to a stall. Staying the same. Definitely think I am in a stall. Don't have enough hcg to last more than a few days. Not sure what to do if still stalling. Good for you on 14.4 lbs lost in 31 days and to be at 134.2, you are a tiny thing! Personally I love to enter P3 on a Friday or a Saturday--my favorite days to start P3. So tomorrow will be a p3 breakfast? Good for you! Enjoy your weekend!

Great job on your P3 Rose. Thinking of you and your family at this time. Hang in there, hopefully things will get better and brighter times ahead.

Hope you had a good time with daughter at coast mrsstrong. Best way to end summer, strong, goes with your screen name! I don't mind high protein days, just don't like those days you aren't to eat until dinner time. I just received the plantain chips Leez recommended from Amazon that are made with Coconut oil. Luv them. You'll do fine at weigh-in, regardless, you're very balanced.
