Hi gz and Leez, I don't know how you do it gz--I don't have the self-discipline you have. Sounds like you weigh in only once weekly? I wish I could do that! Well, I could, if I was as disciplined, but obviously, I'm not. Good for you. Can't wait to find out how well you've done, when you do weigh in. Hi Leez!

AFM: i'm in a stall. Maybe it was my cheat the other day, or maybe it is just this time in protocol. I usually stall at some point. The last couple of rounds I would do a planned interruption so didn't notice it as much, but see it now. kinda makes me wonder what to do. I'll figure it out. I really felt like the scale would move this morning because I was up a lot last night, didn't sleep well at all. But then again, maybe that was why I didn't lose. Bad sleep. No scale movement at all. This weekend will be busy and dont figure to get a lot of rest tonite or tomorrow night either so might be a stall all weekend, we'll see. Don't think I have more than 2/3 days of hcg left in vial. I've ordered more. But I don't feel like mixing more. I don't know if that's horrible ending on a stall? Don't see this was really a productive round at all. Oh well.

My first transition weigh in today and up .6. I am sore from a workout, so maybe that’s it. If I don’t go back down tmw I will adjust my LIW to the higher weight. I refuse to go into P3 already over LIW….know what I mean??

I think it can be good to end on a stall, because you may get a little "afterloss" during the transition or in P3 because of it.

Not every cheat results in a next day gain, so your stall could just be a normal stall. You could wait to assess once your vial runs out and you do the 72 hours without HCG. At that point you could decide to end, or to take an interruption if you have enough dose days in. You don't have to decide today.

It seems like you may not be in the best frame of mind right now to decide.

This is the pic of the plantain chips I get from Amazon. They are roasted in palm oil. You can buy brands that use coconut oil, just didn't want anyone to be confused. Ingredients: green plantains, palm oil, salt. Coconut oil chips tend to be thicker and harder and don't have the same light crunch as these.

Dubbles, I don't weigh in daily because my losses per round are so small - typically 7 - 8 lbs. I think it's because of my T2D; even though it's in remission, I still have the underlying high insulin production.

Sorry you don't feel this was a productive round - I have had a couple of those. Very discouraging. In fact, that's why I switched to hhcg: I spend less than half, get the same results.

Yes I DO know what you mean. And I worried myself sick about not having any wiggle room at all. But you know what, my stablization that p3 was the easiest ever and I actually dropped a little as I went further into P3. So you never know. It really didn't turn into a problem and I was certain it would be.

You're right Leez, I read back and realized I typed the wrong thing, I meant they are not made with coconut oil, but the palm oil. They are the ones you recommended. I really like those. These are the exact ones I ordered.

And I haven't decided on what to do exactly, will definitely finish the bottle--it may have more days than I think it has. Went out last night and was perfect. Didn't not let myself get sidetracked into drinking or eating at all. Yay me.

AFM: Was out really late last night, up really early this morning, before daylight---had a citywide yard sale (which was basically a wash out, think people are still covoid leary) so was up early putting stuff out by 8:00 a.m. so barely 5 hours sleep, if that. But still showed 1 lb drop. I think if I had weighed in at normal time, it would have been a greater loss. So maybe stall is broken. Anyway, tonite will be going to concert with friend, then to casino, but she isn't a big drinker, so should be okay, so think I should be ok tonite too. Just need to hang there for next few days. My neighbor was saying today, you really do not need to lose anymore weight, seriously. And I kinda feel he is right. I could lose more, but I don't think I need to. I don't think I'll look any better losing an extra 5-10 lbs. And might actually look a little worse. So plan is to finish the vial and transition to p3 as planned, I guess.

Hope all of you going to P3 are having a great weekend, and for those who will be weighing in on P2 tomorrow for the first time all week, hopefully it will be an exciting weighin! Am excited to hear your news! Have a great Saturday nite!

I dropped back down today and lost an extra .2 lbs, so I will keep 134.2 as my LIW and I will have a .2 buffer. Not much of a buffer, but Iíll take it. Feeling SUPER grateful today for P3 eating. I love this feeling of gratefulness when I enter P3. Enjoying the all wonderful food today on my first day of P3.

Dubbs- not sure why you would think you havenít had a productive round. Other than the cheat, I think youíve done great. When you are close to goal, the lbs come off MUCH slower and you may very well experience longer stalls. I usually have a minimum 10 day stall and my lbs come off super slow when almost at goal, but even with all this, I feel like my round is totally worth it.

Leez- I LOVE those plantain chips. I started ordered them based on your recommendation.

On a super sad note, my grandma has reached her end of life. Hospice has been called. Me and my family are going to see her tmw. Thereís going to be huge hole in our family. Itís hard for me to imagine life without her.

I'm so sorry about your Grandmother. My family lost my Mom to lung cancer 4/2015, then my brother 12/2015.

Hi everyone, I hope you don't mind me joining the thread. I start loading tomorrow and I'm excited to start the VLCD days soon (famous last words)! I promise not to go into too much detail about my loading days as it looks like most of you are already in P3 or P4. Congrats on the great results for you all already!
