Hi 👋
I'm starting my round next week. Looking for other September starters!
Welcome September Superstars!
This thread is for you. Use it to plan your round, share questions and concerns, get and give support or just post for accountablility...its all good!
You are all superstars for committing to this very rigorous plan, but we do it knowing it will work, and you will succeed if you stay the course.
My input will be based on the original protocol and what I've observed works and doesn't.
Veteran HCG'ers are always welcome to join in and offer their experiences.
Good luck on your round!

P2d16 - down 7 lbs to 140, somewhat better than usual. Had a power outage Sun/Mon which messed up my eating.
Of course I just introduced myself on the wrong thread!
Hey gals, I am Charlie and as my account says I have been doing this since 2010. OMG I am old and OMG I am so glad y'all are still here!! I love to lose and gain weight and am currently about 20 lbs above where I want to be and am amazed at how quickly I can gain weight if I allow myself to eat sugar and carbs etc. I am 47 so I know I am close to menopause and the older I get the harder it is to lose weight and this is the only method that has ever truly worked for me.
I recognize a few of you and you always inspire me. I picked an awesome time to start this as we move on the 5th (well, we are going three blocks so we can take a week or two to get settled). I was just so fed up with my lack of willpower and that I gained 10 lbs in less than a month. It is insane how quickly my body can gain fat.
I am on VLCD 1 and am so excited to feel better and healthy again. I love the control I feel on this phase and have great will power when I know it's working. Losing it is not difficult for me it's maintaining it and keeping up with healthy habits and I need to have a game plan and have seen Leez recommend THM or FMD. I have time to make a plan.
Anyway, I look forward to chatting with y'all and seeing the successes this month!!
Day 15 P3 140.0. One lb under Liw. One more week to go. Happy to see names I recognize from past.

Rose, I hope the 2nd cataract surgery went well -
P2d19, stalled at 7# down. No hunger, just getting bored with P2 eating. I'm churning a batch of sugar-free raspberry sorbet, that will give me another flavor and help me stick to P2.
My second cataract surgery will be this Wednesday. Originally was to be done in Dec but they found earlier date so I cancelled my show in Midland which was for sept 9.
I think getting bored makes it harder to stay on program but maybe change up veggies. Try steaming cabbage and then letting it brown in skillet after cooking. Lots of onion powder and garlic makes it a delish filling dish. I think even stalling a few days also frustrating but just keep doing what ur doing. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
