    Have you checked dosage? Sometimes if your dosage is too low, you can get hungry. Also, drink tons of water. Often water will fill in and curb the hunger pains. Apples are great for helping you full more full.

    Quick drive by! I am here and back from my PI. I didn't gain much (half a lb) during my time in Palm Desert. I started back up last Friday and am down more but I am stressed to the max and am actually grateful that the hcg is feeding my body (sounds weird). I was 153.4 today and 14.1% body fat whatever that means. The tough part for me is P3 and eating enough and stabilizing so I need to take a week or so go focus and figure out a solid plan. I am down about 27 lbs but I know a lot of it is stress with the move, my dad's failing health and just a ton of other crap. Finding my zen in AA meetings and refocusing there. One day at a time. I got the lipo/mic/b shots too and started them last week as well. Fresh batch seems nice. I have to get my son to campus (another stressor on my part) and I will come back, sit down and read how y'all are doing. Just wanted to say "hi" and that I didn't quit!

    150 is ideal and I often get comments that I am too thin but if I allow myself to eat sugar and crap I can gain 25 lbs in a few weeks!!

    I am 47 and peri-menopausal I think. I have no idea where I am yet as I take my bc pill round the clock because the alternative is ablation or hysterectomy. Good times being a woman!

    I am now on my 29th injection and am down to 153.4 so I would like to ideally get under 150 so I have some wiggle room.

    I need to dive into Rose's mind because she has nailed stabilization and see what she does. I know the moment I allow myself some freedom I will go crazy so it's going to be all about structure and discipline!

    Ignore people who claim you are "too thin": 150 lbs at 5'7" is fine. You may appear thinner if you are very muscular, too; though I don't think I would believe a home body comp scale reading. I am 5'6" and 138 lbs and I am not "too thin" either. So I advise you stay on YOUR path and work to stabilize at the weight you prefer.

    Sadly, our terrible dietary guidelines have driven a horrible proportion of this country to be overweight.

    In reply to comment I have not “nailed” stabilization but I try not to veer far off course. Eventually I get those creeping lbs and drop the good habits for awhile and then almost once a year I do another round. Next year I turn 80. I don’t mind doing another round as it does get me back to clean eating. I do find writing basically what I eat and regular weigh ins are key. Posting here helps too. Wish we saw more posters as we do encourage one another

    Good morning!
    Tomorrow will be my last injection for this round and I've probably pushed it longer than I should have. I chose to use up all the syringes in my freezer even though I'm struggling to stick with the protocol but I'm telling myself I can do it 4 more days. 1 day at a time.
    Football Friday at the office yesterday was not a good day for me. Stupid tortilla chips..........
    Any who, here I am and I will finish strong and hopefully won't be up any more tomorrow for my LIW.
