I think I posted on the wrong thread again!

VLCD 5 and down 8.2 lbs. I am going to order a fresh batch and some lipotropic shots while they are doing their Labor Day sale. Scale is going down and that's a good thing Nice job stabilizing Roselanou!

Day 19 139.6 P3. My liw was 141. Last few days scale is 139.6. Not much this time in fluctuations. Maybe due to travel schedule I usually ate breakfast and late lunch and protein bars and fruit for dinner

    Day 20 P3 139.4. Liw 141. @leez. You know I am happy under 140. I must be careful in P4 that I don’t eat too many calories

    Good reports!

@gz: Getting a half pound loss after week 3 is always worth celebrating. My ending weeks were always SO SLOW. Sometimes a pound a week.

@rose: So happy for you Rose, that you are staying under LIW.

Maintenance is such a challenge. I find I have to be ever vigilant, and not allow myself to make allowances in my plan, even when dining out. That seems to be key for me. Snacking is the other danger zone. I try to think in terms of meals or small meals. It helps eliminate the idea of snacking for me. Do I mess up or override my plan? Yes, of course. But its not a regular occurrence.

Don't you just love those week 1 losses? The amazing part is that you know its mostly inflammation water weight leaving, but somehow at the end of the round, you've lost real fat, and that water weight doesn't pile right back on like it does from conventional dieting. Such an amazing protocol.

I do coaching via the forums currently. its the best way to help the most people, because you can always learn something from what others are going through. You are always welcome to start a topic and talk to me that way.

Brilliant round, rose. And a great start into P4.

One of the things I think about is how we lose muscle mass as we age, and that we have to adjust our eating to that loss of our calorie burning machine. I find it gets harder to figure out the tweaks as I go along.

P2d24 - Rose, I hope my P3 goes as well as yours! Kudos!

I'm in the last few days of my round, only down 7.5 lb. But my belly is flat, my waist is tight, and my fatty areas feel squishy. So I'm hoping for a whoosh . . .

I used the nasal spray from InsideOutWellness, which I really like; unfortunately I used it up before the 30 days asvertised. I do have pellets left over from my previous round, so I'm using those to finish.
