P2d27, holding at 139.0, down 8.0. I took a day trip yesterday, hoping that won't hurt my progress. The last days of my round are usually pretty good for losses.
My sleep/wake schedule is a bit wonky, so I probably won't be taking the pellets at the same time each day. Will that be a problem, or will it be okay as long as the spacing between doses is the same?
Edited to add: the pellets aren't dissolving! Is that normal? (Intermountain brand)
You should be fine with keeping your dose spacing the same. Not sure what to tell you about the pellets. Hopefully some one experienced with them will chime in.

Okay, thanks, Leez!
Edited to add: I just found on the website that I'm to chew and swallow the remainder of the pellets. This isn't my first round by a long shot, but it's the first round with pellets, and it's been forever since I've done HCG, so I feel like a newbie again, lol!
This is the first Ive heard about chewing them. interesting!

This is my first time using pellets, so I have no clue! I'm a little skeptical about this company now. The bottle says if you experience hunger to switch your dose from 3 pellets 3xday to 2 pellets 5 times a day, but the website says to go from 3 3xday to 2 6xday. idk
Are the pellets Intermountain? If so, they are good. When I took them I had to adjust down, so like maybe 2 pellets instead of 3
Leez, re-reading this post makes me wonder - with my keto diet, I have reversed t2d, and mostly eliminated inflammation and water weight. I keep my protein intake up during VLCD so I think my very slow weight loss with hcg is almost all fat.
I'm on my last couple of days of hhcg, will start P3 on Thursday. I have only lost 8 lbs, but I see good fat reduction and reshaping. I generally ramp up my calories during the three weeks of P3 and get good skin tightening.
I hope I can stabilize like Rose!
Good morning all!
I've been lurking without posting the past 3 weeks but I have a question about what to do during my planned interruption. I mixed my hcg 22 days ago and planned to freeze it this week while I'm out of town Wed - Sat. I'll pull it from the freezer Saturday night and start back on P2 Monday morning for another 8 - 10 days.
Should I freeze the whole bottle or draw syringes and freeze them?
