Not everyone experiences hunger during the 72 hour transition period. I never do. In fact, it sometimes takes a day or two in P3 before I start feeling hungry again.
I do not consider hunger or lack of it during the transition to indicate anything about the amount of your dose.

Nice loss!
If you do get "flu" symptoms, have a cup of salty bone broth or bouillon. I have been doing that every morning with my breakfast, it's very low calorie and staves off headache.

Planned interruption starts today. I'll be busy packing and preparing to fly out this evening. It will be late night/early morning when we arrive at our destination for our 39th anniversary celebration.
Lots of walking in the plan over the next couple of days.
I'm really looking forward to getting away and de-stressing.

Thanks, gz! I'll keep that in mind!Today is only VLCD3 but usually symptoms start by the end of the first day, so fingers crossed that's not going to be an issue.

This morning i was unable to use my cell phone to access the forums due to that annoying brown health coach box being right on top of my link to open forum in Safari. Can they PLEASE move the box to the top of the page so i dont waste precious time . I had to switch to my ipad in order to comment here. This is truly NONSENSE when it interferes with commenting on forums.
They said they will advise their IT guy I sure hope so

I'm still here! I started at 208 and i'm down to 194.5 this morning. Any ideas for hunger? I'm on HHCG so i think i need to lower my dose for hunger....
