A cup of salty bone broth or bouillon would work too.

Oh, man, I forgot that! I'll write it down for next time.

I'm up 1/2 pound today, lol, but feeling better! So it was worth it!

Thank you, good grief moving has been exhausting. We only moved three blocks so I didn't pack as well as I should have as I have just been shuttling things back and forth. The movers did the big stuff and now it is just odds and ends and I will be so glad when it is over and we are totally settled. The new sectional, sofa, loveseat and ottoman are scheduled to arrive next week sometime and then I have to get the old sectional hauled away.

Despite all of this I have been on track and did my typical stall out this past week and am now down to 162. Was up to 180.4 after loading (and a month of just really crappy eating) and I am finally down to a weight where I feel like I look good and healthy. I still want to get down into the 150s on the lower end and don't have enough injections to get there so I am considering doing a PI and ordering either more injections (I used a frozen batch for this round) or hhcg and would love some advice on that one. I don't want to spend $400 on a short round since I have been bleeding money on this house, lol.

I had 27 frozen injections and have six left.

Rose, your stabilization amazes me and I would love to know what you eat in a typical day.

To the cottage cheese eater, that has saved me when I am hungry and didn't have time to eat. It has not hurt my losses so that makes me happy. I am on VLCD 19 and am down 18 lbs so I am happy with the results. Stress has not helped (and that's a whole other thing that doesn't belong here, lol).

I am rambling and will stop

Hope you all have a wonderful evening and wake up to great losses!m

I love the thought of moving, but reality sucks, lol. Hopefully, you'll be able to settle in quickly.

    Those are GREAT losses!

Cottage cheese is my go-to. I don't like meat much on a good day, but this diet really pushes my limits! It's never given me grief in the past (nor have eggs, thankfully).

    Hello all and Leez,

I am back. I had a real thyroid issue where my thyroid, which had been partially working just quit. I gained 9 pounds in a week, called my doctor and went up another 7 pounds while waiting for test results. Honestly I was 5 pounds up and having sudden difficulty dropping that weight—that should have been my first clue. Moving forward I will notice that and being slightly colder. Now the good news is my thyroid medication has been titrated to a good dose. I feel better. Sad news is I am WAY UP on the evil scale—friends we are talking 30 ish pounds and I didn’t even enjoy a lot of chocolate and ice cream on the way here! I am quite disgruntled but happy that my thyroid is better and I can lose the weight. It has been a good learning experience to always be aware of subtle signs that things are off before it gets out of hand.

Fortunately I have a sympathetic doctor who now has me on 3 month following up and labs to keep me stable.

I have not adjusted my ticker yet…..

Hope everyone is doing well and excited to be walking a good path with you.

    Warm Regards,
    RK

I am glad you have cottage cheese! For some reason I just love it

I need some advice if anyone has some to give. Today is my 22nd injection. My partner and I have to fly to Palm Desert last minute on Friday as we are dropping him off at Betty Ford (we are both sober, well I am) so I am going to do a PI. If I inject tomorrow it will be my 23rd and I can roll into a PI on Friday.

I am debating on doing the Triumph hhcg or ordering another round from Diet Doc which is considerably more. It has been a long time since I did hhcg.

I was 162 again today and in the past a PI has jump started my losses so I am hoping that might be the case but I will come back to four frozen injections and that isn't enough to keep going. I welcome any advice. Thank you.

    HI Starbucks,

I have always used hHCG with great results. I have never used injections and don't know anything about switching from one form to another between rounds--maybe google search that and/or search that on the forum?

I use the pellets from Intermountain HCG because they are shelf stable between rounds and easy to use when I am out and about. However, lurking on the forum I remember seeing something about people having good results with hHCG nasal spray..... I don't know anything about that. The pellets seem more reasonable to me than injections--- just my $.02 for whatever that is worth!

    Good luck in Palm Desert!

    RK
