Yes, the PI should be carefully considered as its not only the 4 minimum days on it you are committing to, but the 48-72 hours without HCG before those 4 days can even start. It requires a bit of planning. It's better to just navigate through as best you can. And you can't start one until you have had 23 dose days.

I lost the inflammation weight, and have since stabilized well, but learned a lesson.
Now, that sounds like a good reason to do a PI. Glad it worked out for you!
The thing is that we have a bunch of stuff going on in our lives starting at the end of October. I mapped out my round to end on the Friday before the last weekend of October and then we are busy from then on until the end of November. I'm pretty sure I can navigate P3 while we're doing "party" things as I have done it before and our friends are used to my "picky eating", so think nothing of it. As I said yesterday, this is just one dinner and I will get through it somehow without going off protocol. Worst case, if I don't reach my goal, or close to it, by the end of this round, I can do another in January, since it has been a year since my previous round.

Leez, for all the reasons you mentioned, I think I will just chug along as best I can. Thanks for the input!

    Hi everyone!
Well, I seem to be in a stall. Been the same weight plus or minus a tenth of a pound since Monday. Been POP, maybe too much so. The only thing I can think of is that I am not eating enough - like probably less than 500 calories. I can't find the online tool I used to use for inputting my foods and having it calculate the calories. I spent an hour yesterday chugging through old emails and such to see if something looked familiar, but no such luck. Trying to make sure I get in my two servings of 3.5 oz of protein and both fruit servings. Veggies are just lettuce or celery, so not much there. Maybe I will make asparagus tonight and see if that helps. Trying not to panic too much as I have a few more weeks to keep going.

You are probably not doing anything wrong. Stalls are normal and even expected for women. Our bodies seem to need an occasional regrouping time and then they release water that is being retained during that time. Try not to get too analytical about it. But yeah, its disconcerting even when you know its normal and common.

You can try a detox bath as a nudge, and be sure to get as much good sleep as possible.

Thanks GZ. I created an account and it looks like for today, after I input all of the food I plan to eat, I am at about 460 calories. I will see what I can increase a bit to get it to 500. At least I have a way to track it now. Thanks again!
