Mama - you are doing great. Leez is a PRO and she's giving you great advice.

I'm up .4. I think the P3 swing is getting a bit less crazy so I'm glad that stabilizing is going pretty well and that I've been able to add things back without issue. Day 6 and 1.4 under ldw. Super happy on P3!

Whohooo jens!!! Keep up the great work LOL..day 2 of P3 we are going to a 50th b-day party of a very close friend. Its a sit down set menu at an Italian restaurant. Yikes! I hope there are big bowls of salad!! I love Italian food..sigh. All good, I can do it! If there isn't salad, I may just go off menu and get one. Have a good day all I think my last injection will be Monday. I'm 1 lb away form being in a new decade, so I hope that happens for then.

YIPPEE... i feel like I've come home.. this is my jam right now.. feeling great.. luving being back in the saddle.. learnt a lot from P3... I've started to make a plan on how I will do my next P3.. glad to see everyone's plodding along here *•*
Today I was down 900g / 2# so all my loading weight is gone but I'm still up 2kg since my LDW from Round 1... I've made peace with all that and have taken that as part of my journey and have come up with a new plan for my next P3 so I'm looking forward to that challenge after this Round. Anyway's I'll pop back in and see if anyone's here tomorrow xx

SO! Last injection yesterday, down 17.4 in 36 days. Feeling pretty good I'm ready..but not you know? I've been very irritable and down lately, thinking it may be lack of vitamins and stuff so I'm hoping I perk up soon. I have a set Italian dinner on Saturday, but I bit the bullet and asked the hostess if I could have a big salad as my main instead. She had no problem, so that makes me feel better
    I will hop on a P3 site soon .

Calmer is the way to go in P3. That means you'll do it right and take it slow.

    My Planned Interruption (PI)

    Good morning all!!

This morning I went back and made note of all of my gains & losses. I wanted to check in and report on my round and my planned interruption. I started my P2 round at 179.8. I started my PI on VLCD21, after 23 injections at 164.4 (-15.4#) Stayed on P3 during PI for 9 days when I started injections again and weighed in at 166.9 (+2.5 lbs on first day back on injections, I did not load again, just ate VLCD) (I blew it on the last day of P3 with SUGAR and wine). I went back on P2 for only another 7 days and got my weight down to 161.2 which would be my LIW. Today is P4D1 for me, and I am happy to report that I not only never had to do a steak day, but I was only above my LIW after the first day of P3, which was also the day TOM arrived. This P3 has been pretty easy as far as maintaining goes, I did have the flu that lasted about 3-4 days, but other then that.... I would do another PI in a heartbeat. I feel that it was successful and it gave my body a much needed break AND.... I lost another 5.7 #'s after 7 more days on P2!!

    The start of P2VLCD = 179.8
    VLCD21 - the start of PI = 164.4
    VLCD day 1 back after a 9 day break... PI = 166.9
    After PI for 7 days = 161.2
    After P3D21 = 160

So, today is P4D1 for me and this morning I weighed in at 160#'s. (-19.8#'s maintained losses). To be completely honest, I have added in some carbs and a bit of sugars, which had me scared to step on that scale and super surprised when it didn't move too much) but I do try and eat only when I feel hungry and I try hard not to overeat ever!! My plan is to be good over the holidays.... exercise more and hopefully lose a few more pounds before doing one more "final" round in the Spring of next year to get my 48 (49 by next round) ol' 5'8" self down to a comfortable 140 (ish) weight. 138 is my goal!!

I have read back a few pages and see that this gang here is doing great!!

Bubbles, congrats on being back on the P2 train!!

Jens ~ Wow... can't believe you are already on day 10 of P3.. .time goes by so fast!! Great job on your maintenance!!

Kitty ~ Great idea for the dinner!! And... yes... I agree about the vitamins!! I am sure you will start feeling better soon!!

    Good day all!!

1sttime - great stats! That's so interesting. I've never done a PI before and you did a really nice job with it. It's good to see that it's possible to be successful on one.

WoW!! great job Jen... i am inspired by you.. im a perfectionist so i rate my P3 as a disaster.. after 10 days of stressing out with the scale I stopped weighing myself and just ate how I use to eat (paleo low carb) and my weight didnt fluctuate after that.. i was 4kgs (approx) over LDW but i decided to stop stressing about it and accept it and focus on preparing myself for the next round (i have a very long journey ahead of me)...

I have reflected alot about P3 and I've highlighted certain mistakes I made.. and I've started making a list of how to do it better next time.. one of my decisions was to be calmer about it so i smiled reading your comments this morning good luck with it honey.. i hope you smash it xx

~Kitty.. great attitude.. i just love that.. again, im making notes for my next P3

~1st.. hi there nice to hear how you are going.. what a great round you had, im so pleased for you honey. It's so lovely to feel a success like that, especially when you worked so hard.. i hope your P4 is all that you want it to be xx

AFM Its VLCD 4 for me today. I lost 1kg/2.2lb today so for this round I've lost 2.4kg/5.3lb so far im very happy with that but the hunger was crazy bad yesterday.. so I've adjusted my dose a little bit today and im hoping i will go back to not even knowing I need to eat! *fingers crossed*
Spring has arrived here is West Australia so the birdies and the bright blue skies are out and about.. such a lovely season - my favourite - so I went for a walk yesterday (miracle for me) and it was just lovely.. talk soon everyone xx
