Most people run into the dreaded week 2 slowdown. It's perfectly normal.
You are not actually in a stall until you've gone 4 days with no losses. And even then stalls of 10 days are not uncommon. I'd just wait it out. When you get periods of no losses, stuff is still happening at the cellular level. Your body temporarily replaces used fat with water. When the water finally releases, that is when you see the fat loss on the scale.
If you experience no change in your hunger levels in the evening of your skip day, you should not change your dose.whoosh.jpg
