Absolutely. I am not going to stress over it as my goal is to relax and have a good time. But I don't want to go off the rails though so an appropriate amount of vigilance will be there.
As for tennis, I cannot get enough. Absolutely love playing. I would play every day if feasible. Just cannot overdo it or injuries could pop up.
back from vacation last week but have been busy. Weight did come up on vacation. Not really a surprise. Too much wine and beer. Food wasn't too overboard but towards the end started indulging in some breads/carbs. Eating habits since returning haven't been too good either. I am 8lbs up but need to get back to a better mindset. Not really worried about it. I know the drill. I know what works and the weight will slowly come back down with proper habits. Vacation was awesome though. Wouldn't change anything.
That is my motto too. If I am going to go overboard, I am not going to feel guilty but just enjoy it and fix it later. I mean, I'd rather not have anything to fix by staying the course but sometimes it just doesn't go that way.
Glad you had a great vacation! We so need it!
