for sweets, I mainly do fatbombs. I mix them up, then put into candy molds and freeze. My recipe for chocolate peanut butter cheesecake fat bombs is below
8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup marscipone
1 stick salted butter
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup swerve confectioners sugar
2tbs vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cacao
leave cream cheese and marscipone on counter to soften. Melt stick of butter, mix with sugar to dissolve. In a bowl mix all ingredients until well blended. Transfer to small candy molds and freeze. Move to closed storage container and keep in freezer.
I also add no sugar added chocolate chips to this.
