    Where are all the Guys?

Looking through the Man Cave it looks like a bunch of old posts..

So I thought I would start a new conversation where I didnt have to read a zillion posts to know what was going on.. lol

So are there any men here? or is it just a ghost town?

If your here, let us know.. Tell us what round your on, what phase, what form of HCG your using etc

The man cave has some more current posts, less than a week old I think. Just go to the last page of posts if you don't want to read through all of them. There aren't a ton of men here. The Official Man Cave

But I'm happy to help you. My husband has done several rounds and I've been around here for years and have pretty much seen it all, both male and female.

Just to let you know someone is watching, I'll throw in my two cents real quick. Today is 2 weeks since starting P2 and I have lost 19 lbs. Still have about 50 lbs. to go, but pretty good start I must say.

What up? I am joining because this time I need to keep the weight off. Started 10 days ago, down 10 pounds. Started at 202. Above 200 my BP goes up and I snore. Plus, it makes water skiing harder. Ideally would be in a range from 178 to 182. Have not been below 180 since I did HCG over 3 years ago. My current goal is to do this for 2 more weeks, and get into the 185-190 range, and hold that.

I guess this is my 3.5 time to do it. 3rd was cut short due to doing it with wife, and her getting sick.

First week was the easiest. Lots of positive reinforcement via the scale.

    Second week is always harder.

Nice to join you all. Lets get healthy.

I am here, I just started with Diet Doc last week, took my first injection today and I am in Phase 1, the loading phase. I am kinda nervous, but also excited about this plan will work.

you're doing great! Men usually lose about a pound a day on hcg so you're right in the average. Good job!

Wow! Excellent dedication to the program! What is your goal? How many days are you in p2? A second round?
