    Kick Starting the Men's Den

I have to say this is very interesting, I am active on 4 other forums; motorcycle, archery, Porsche, and rifle. All of which have a "women's section", this is the first time seeing a "men's den".

I know there are men out there doing the HCG diet; me....maybe you?

I spent 19 1/2 years getting my head beat in doing MMA, and I loved it. But life changed. I'm now a 44 year old recently divorced single father of 2 boys. I haven't touched a mat in over 11 years and my waistline shows it.

I was reading a few other posts and it seems as though I'm not the only one to hit that 5 day stall, curious how many people have hit a stall and what they've done to get it back going. I'm on a 4 day stall (I'm on day 9 of phase 2).

How did people get through the cravings? I'm pretty strong willed, in fact, I'm staring at a package of Oreos right now and don't care, but I have a weakness....CHEESE PIZZA. OMG I love cheese pizza! To prove it I went from a 29" waist line to a 38". Also I drink my calories, is anyone drinking any approved drinks that are actually tasty? I don't mean alcohol, never drank that, but I could easily drink a 2 liter or 2 of Pepsi/Mountain Dew a day. A man can only drink so much water...
