    kapelmeister - Are you on drops or injections? I am on drops .3ml at 6am, .3ml at 2pm .4ml at 10pm. if drops hold it under your tounge for at least 5min to absorb. Then Do NOT eat or drink for at least 15 min. let it absorb into your system. The HCG is what keeps you from not being hungry.You need to drink lots of water and tea.

    No it wont be like that forever(i'm doing drops), I'm on day 15. My first 4 days were the hardest, and I'm not gonna lie I still get some hunger pains, but nothing like I was. I've got it down to a science now and my body is adjusting, I am becoming hungry when I normally eat. I eat at 2pm and 8pm, mainly eat so late do to the fact i work overnights. I have lost 13.4lbs so far. I was hoping for more since I am overly obese, but it will do. I have lost a total of 39 lbs since I first started my weight loss journey 06/12/2011. So I can't complain to much. But I already have my next load days marked on my calender for my next round, counting the days I get to pig out on whatever, starting to make a list of what I want to eat (feel like a man on death row waiting for my last meal). Cravings for off protocol foods are prevalent and at times hard to control, but so far so good, all about will power....its a mental game now, not a physical one. Hang in there!!

    The first 4 to 5 days are the toughest. I take Rx injections and started at 150 IUs but found 125 works better for me just like protocol calls for. I don't know what adjustments work on pellets but I would start with recommended dosage and stay with it for 5 days and then adjust from there if necessary. More HCG is not always better. The key for me is have lunch and dinner at exactly the same time everyday. When meal time comes around I am quite hungry am satisfied after I eat. I am never full.

    so what's up with the 35lbs or the 40 day limit? what happens at day 42, 43? or if we lose 35 lbs by day 25? is there damage to organs? If i could just lose 4 more pounds on my current LVD goal of 203 and go 199. OH wow what a phycolgical boost that would be I have not seen 1999 in 18 years!

    In fact, since I had dinner (8pm France time) I have not been hungry at all (it's 11:30 pm now), so maybe things are starting to work out! I can say exactly the same phrases: I satisfied (now) and I was never full (today)

    Pellets are a sort of little pills (like homeopathic) and you put them under your tongue and wait till they dissolve.

    I'tll be better in a day or two, stay tough. Drink plenty of water, I mean LOTS, that will help in so many ways; hunger, fat release, mentally(if you're full of water, your mind won't be feeling like your being deprived of something.

    they say they dont want you to lose more than 35lbs or 40 if you are overly heavy or stay on it past 40 days. They figure the shock to your system and the weight loss effects on the skin need a break. I was hoping to go longer earlier but to be honest Im at 36lbs now and just cant wait to get to P3....... the lack of good tasting food is getting to me somewhat. Harder and harder each day to stay on protocol.....I started June 20

    no organ damage, whew. they system just gets overloaded with the activity the hcg produces and it will trend towards cessation

    Stalled this morning. UGH!!!
    I tried Braggs Liquid Amino Acids for the first time (last two days) and maybe this is the culprit.
    Maybe it is just the week two slowdown.
    I even walked 3 miles in the 100 degree heat yesterday afternoon.

    Will cut out the Braggs and see what happens.

    I have been taking 1oz shots with my dinner and was wondering if you think it is worth it to continue.
