    Hey Gary. I used to sip ACV alot. but i have not used it for months. It probably depends on what you are using it for. Topically it can do all sorts of weird stuff ( kill warts and skin tags ). however internally that acid has to hit the stomach and i just am not a fan of messing with my digestive track now that i have it on autopilot ( for the most part ).

    So if you are using it for the health benefits i switched over to vitamins, minerals, and other supplements and feed the body what ti needs/wants so it can do the job.

    You're lucky. The first 4 days on P2 in the evenings I felt really bad and had terrible headaches and actual tremors. I had to go to bed at 8:30pm. I felt like a junkie in detox. I not only was going through sugar withdraw but I also gave up all caffeine. I felt like hell. One nice benefit is I have flushed my Ambien which I've been on for 4 years. Now I just sleep naturally and feel great in the morning.

    When you say VLCD2, you mean second round? In that case, no, I'm just beginnig. I've just done 2 load days and 2 VLCD days. That's it

    Well, ncsuee, I have also tremors when eating hour approaches... when I finally have my plate in front of me, I shake like a concentration camp's escapee. I GULP my dinner or lunch like a T-Rex and then I lick the plate like a dog. But frankly afterwards, I'm not hungry for quite a while.
    I'm very glad you quitted your Ambien and you caffeine !! Man! this is definitely a purge, a monastery reclussion... we're beign tested by the univers to see if we are worthy.

    Kapelmeister - hang in there. lets look at a few things 1. fat people ae dehydarated to begin with and our usual diet does not help. You need to drink water and tea and coffee like its going out of style. The headaches can come from dehydration and alo caffine and other item withdrawl. My sister in law is a dietician she had me on blueberries and apples only for the 1st 4 days as teh antioxidants and apple sugar will carry you a long way. Your body is uses to 3 meals a day, the stomach needs to be trained.

    Not losing weight one day isnt a stall - it just happens from time to time.

    Sometimes our fat cells soak up a little extra water to replace the fat it let go. It can cause a slight gain, or same weight as before even though you went down in fat and size. Dont sweat it.

    I had a .2 gain today - but busted my *** shooting two archery tourneys so Im guessing I will have a decent loss tomorrow.

    Getting the grill fired up. Going to put some chicken on, doing a couple big pieces so I have some for the week.

    Will throw some shrimp on there as well.....not sure how thats going to work without butter.....damn P3 you cant get here soon enough.

    well a 2.2 loss this morning - not bad at 33 day mark on this protocol - but after a slight gain yesterday and an active day I expected it.

    Less than 3 pounds away from the 40lbs mark and I can get to P3.....hope they come off quick. Either way. Saturday morning I will be on P3.

    I have not broken the 255 lb mark I hit since the 23rd (July). I have only slightly gained so it looks like I am approaching a stall. Any tips on how to jump start the weight loss once again? Should I just continue to go about my vlcd as usual? I am the best man at a wedding on August 6th and I want to have at least broken the 250 lb mark by then. Any tips? Suggestions?
