Good to see a thread about men. I've read enough about TOM. I'm on R1p2d23 down 21 lbs. When did you start work outs? I can't do any in P2 hoping to start in P3.

I got stronger day by day over the last year until i couldnt not start working out. it was little things like finding i was siting up in bed rather than rolling out. I have a personal trampoline and i notices i was able to stay on for loner times. The tramp was my only for of regular exercise for over a year, and i was able to do 3 -5 minutes at a stretch to begin with.
I started working out during R5P3 and that is when i learned about "Body By Science" and being the nerdy geek that i am i love understanding why cells and muscles work. some of the stuff i learned flabbergasted me.
Now i try to follow it, but it wars against my old knowledge so i find myself overdoing it often.

I had to wait till a week into P3 before I had enough energy to work out with any intensity.
I normally walk my dog about 3 miles a day at a very brisk pace during P2.
I have been doing it by myself this week because the road is still too hot for his poor little feet.
It was still 99 degrees at 9PM last night!
Try to get your heart rate up for a half hour or hour by walking during P2 which should help transition you into weights or cardio during P3.
