Yesterday in my quest for a specific D3 supplement i went into the local health food store. The owner/operator asked me how i was doing on HCG and plugged her HHCG to me. He reasoning was HHCG is designed to stimulate your body into increasing your own HCG levels rather than ( with a look of disgust) putting something foreign into your body.
I learned a couple of things from that exchange.
#1 HHCG works differently in that it acts to raise your own levels. This gives it both a really long lead time ( time to get your own hcg levels high enough for weight loss ) and probably means that it has an upper limit of success. after all without a placenta our own levels are extremely low.
#2 HHCG is designed for people who dont like the thought of how HCG is created.
Given this knowledge I will go on record to say that HHCG should NEVER be used by men. We just dont have the right gonads to make it effective.

Speaking of HCG. I have not told anybody I'm taking it. I'm afraid if I tell my buddies I take a female hormone they will kick me in the balls just to make sure I still have a pair. You all know guys especially in groups revert back to their teenage selves. Any of you come clean with your friends? This is the first successful diet I've ever done and the thing I'm learning is everybody has there own 2 cents on losing weight and they have to give it to you whether you ask or not. My favorite so far is when you lose weight fast you're just going gain it back fast. This from one of my friends who has been skinny all his life. WTF. Anyway I'm kinda ranting here. It must be the hormones. :-)

hmm, if you told them that you were taking a female hormone i guess they would kick you in the jimmy. BUT you are not taking a female hormone. it is a Human Hormone. Women dont have it in any more abundant amounts than men UNLESS they get preggo. The fetus brings it along for the ride so it can steal all the mothers energy/food at will.
Besides if you told them that you were taking a hormone to lengthen your schlong i think they might just ask you what it was... I have gained about an inch and a half and about 1/2 inch in girth...

Most of the guys I tell about the protocol are jealous.
They are seeing the weight difference and want to test drive it.
Some are quite hesitant about the needles as well as alcohol and cheating.
I keep telling them it is a lifestyle change. If they are not willing to go there, I highly discourage them from using HCG.

Q... Interesting side benefit you're getting from HCG. Men would show more interest in the diet with that as a side affect. I know the diet is called ponds in inches. Anyway the woman spying on this thread must be having a laugh with all this penis talk. Please no before and after photo's or I'm outa here. Maybe we should change the subject to something more manly for the man cave like sports. :-)

All my friends are in shape. I have the unfortunate luck of living in Boulder Colorado which is the fittest city in America. Not a good place to be if you're overweight and trying to get dates. My shtick is the heavy funny guy but these super fit woman still don't give me a chance. I'm on my way though. Down 22 lbs after 23 days in R1. This stuff actually works. How are your results on protocol?

I am currently taking 175iu Hucog injections (200iu last round) and have a skip day tomorrow. Have never done a skip day but really want to stretch this one out as long as possible.
Will see what tomorrow brings since I missed my walk tonight.

How many days did you do in p2 in round 1? Seems like a lot of folks go beyond Dr S guideline of 34 lbs or 40 days?

ncsuee....I totally understand your hesitancy to tell your friends. I'm getting ready to start tomorrow, and I'm sure my friends will think that I'm nuts. So, I think I'm going to wait a few weeks until they start to see a new, lighter me. When they see the results, maybe they won't think that I'm crazy.
