    this is a nice hangout!

I lost .7 overnight, so I am 200.7 now, so close to be sub 200!

I have been having my 3 allowed fruits as smoothies for the past few days...example: navel orange, 2 packs of stevia, cup of water, a splash of cocnut or almond milk, crushed ice, and a few drops of orange stevia...mix well, and it makes a huge cup of pseudo ice cream. Also have done strawberries, with lemon stevia drops! YUMMMM

My poor fiancee'. She started 2 days before me and lost way faster at first. She is still about a lb ahead of me, but has only lost 1 lb in the last 6 days. She even gained a lb yesterday. I know she is not cheating, in fact, yesterday, she ate only one fruit and no breadsticks, and still gained. this diet truly sucks because there is no way eating <500 a day should net you 1 lb in six days!
No loading except 5 Guys the night before we went VLCD. Weigh ins started on 1st day of VLCD
So HCG started on Day 1, VLCD on Day 3
Weight on morning of Day 3: 220.0
Weight on morning of Day 38: 193.6 (last dose)
    Total loss: 26.4

    gman,
You need to let your body adjust to the losses.
Her body is just catching up as will yours at some point.

Just as soon as I got below the 200 mark, my losses started to decrease dramatically.
The abnormal body fat stores were mostly depleted and it was difficult to lose those last few pounds.

Stay focused and it will come off.

Just got done working out, feels great to be able to do sit ups/Crunches without the belly getting in the way!!!!

Gary, thanks, I keep telling her it will do what it needs to in the end. But I know how I would feel in her shoes, and it wouldn't be pleasant to be around me!

I was hoping mine would not slow any further, because it already has slowed a lot. If you throw out my first two days of losing 7 lbs of water, I have only lost about 9 lbs in the other 11 full days, so I am not quite averaging a lb a day.

Cool that you can do the crunches without the belly! I can't wait until this is over so I can get back to the gym. I was deadlifting 400 lbs for a rep or two just 5 months ago, but I bet I could barely lift the bar right now.

I can see the fat melted off in the front on either side of my navel, but I know there is plenty of abnormal fat stored around my lower back and sides. That's always been the place I can't get rid of it. Even when I was down to 185 and trying to do a bodybuilding contest, I still had that fat even with a 4 pack showing! lol

    Down 23lbs in 24 days...

I'm certain I know the cause of the "slow down" since I was originally a couple lbs ahead of the days...

I had to add Melba Toast to my diet, I was getting extremely sluggish mentally... and in my line of work that's a no go... So I replaced the morning fruit with melba toast...

and after this weekend I will have added a maybe an ounce or three in metal from new piercings, which I have added extra vitamins to my diet to assist in the healing process and to fight chance of infection...

I figure the Melba Toast, Vitamin C, One A Day, and "Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc" supplements have slowed my process from 1+ lb per day to .8lb per day...

    Hey Guys,

I have not cheated at all (craving pizza during the games) and my losses don't seem to correlate given my activity level. I know I must be holding water, but the bigger question is: I'm very hungry at night and wonder if my dosage is too low? I see gman is at 250iu and I'm at 175 and we're basically the same weight.

    Any thoughts?

I'm on drops, but for the first 2.5 weeks I was constantly hungry at night... what I've done to combat that is to drink a little extra water after my meal, and drink water slowly till I go to bed... I wake up hungry, but going to bed I'm not...

    Bengrp,
Dosage has nothing to do with physical size or weight. It is determined by how your body processes HCG. It is different for everyone.
Round one, I was at 200iu and had no hunger at all.
Round 2, I was hungry for the first three weeks until I got my dosage corrected all the way down to 145iu.
Every person and every round is different.

I would post in the ASK Grammy thread and see if Colleen can help get you straight on your dosage.
From experience, people that have hunger issues have a higher probability of having stability issues in P3.
Please take care of this and fix your hunger since you should not be hungry at all.

I'm not hungry at all during the day, only at night.....does that make any difference?

It actually sounds like your dose is low but Colleen is a better judge of that.
You can tweak your dosage up a little tomorrow but go ahead and post a question on the link I put in the other post.
    Can't hurt.
Colleen has helped me and others out quite a lot.

    Thanks Gary,

She actually recommended reducing my dosage slightly.

Finally busted the 200# barrier. Love this diet.
