    ROUND 2 - Lock down special.

    Hello HCGer's

    Here in New Zealand we are on lockdown with the Corona Virus currently sweeping the Globe. I had a successful round a few months ago and have maintained my losses really well. As every food outlet is closed (apart from supermarkets). I thought it would be a great time to complete another round. As wilsonblack posted a great men's view of the diet I thought I'd track my round focusing on the men's perspective...I'm sure there are men out there who follow this forum and would appreciate the results.

    Today is my first load day...trying to keep it clean and sticking to good fats from avocados ROUND 2 - Lock down special. and nuts etc...weight currently at 113.8kg. Aiming for under 100kg for this round.

    Day 2. Phase 2. Weight 112.2kg (down 1.8kg from load weight)

    I won't say I'm feeling sluggish but I haven't taken off like I normally do. I think part of this could be my loading strategy and particularly too much wine before day 1 of phase 2. I did over indulge towards the end of the day. However this hasn't stopped my will power. I'm keeping hydrated and spreading out my meals.

    Easter isn't going to be a problem for me as I'm not a big chocolate fan and we aren't having family over either.

    I have to covert kg into lb but will enjoy watching your journey i have twp mire weeks on P2 I am doing a 40 day round as my daily or weekly losses not huge But i like that i am back to eating prperly and no hunger.

    Feeling a bit strange again today. I'm sure it's just the world around me and everything that's going on or it's got something to do with the diet....only time will tell.

    Day 3 and I'm down another 1.4kg. A bit concerned that I won't have enough HCG complete my round. However, will just keep going until it's finished. I'm anticipating an early finish of phase 2 at day 11. I will try to get more, but don't find it likely. My favourite part of HCG though is the certainty of it. Just trust the process. I've not changed my process at all and have kept my food reasonably bland...otherwise I find my taste buds become too elevated and this brings on cravings. I've found reading and doing online shopping without actually buying is very satisfying. It helps me focus and remember what the overarching goal is.

    Hope u r not getting anything viral....we all think the worse... a week or so ago i had no energy , felt weak and legs and arms no strength, I was unsure if it was viral or hcg I read up on it and pretty much figured out it was low sodium .... i had this before and my doctor told me not to drink as much water and add a little sea salt to my food. I used this approach for a couple of days and symptoms disappeared. May need to consider this.

    While your post is mainly for guys so you lose faster. As a 77 year old my daily average so far is .47 lbs per day. At the current rate I will not quite get to goal but will be happy wherever i send up. I have about 10 more injections so that should have me down another 4-5 lbs Before i transition to P3. Normally we are travelling to art shows April and May but all events cancelled thru the first of June, Taking a financial hit for sure but a great time to lock in the losses.

    Keep up your determination, But check your sodium levels or could be potassium Stay healthy

    I hope you do okay , but 11 days is pretty short for P2. I believe 21 days is considered a short round. It may be hard to stabilize with only 11 days, so I hope you do find more HCG

    Thank you so much for all your support. It really does mean a lot. I love the encouragement. I made the decision to end the diet early. I still made a point to see out the 3 days and I've been doing low carb. My decision was surrounded by Corona virus pandemic and we are in lock down. I just couldn't face not being able to go out and do this diet. I also rushed my start date. Instead of waiting and preparing mentally I pushed too hard. My mind was not ready. I will definitely go again but in a few weeks. I will update this when Im begin my planning. I still want to fit into my clothes and be under 100kgROUND 2 - Lock down special.

    I wasted a round last year because i had so much trouble getting the hcg dosage right with pellets Now that i am on Fertigyn at 130 iu it has been easy I am done by Saturday and down 15.4 from start weight Will watch when u return I was ready and virus made it easier because i was not traveling

    ROUND 2 - Lock down special.

    So here I am, back again. Hungry for weight loss and health for myself and my body. I had a bit of trouble with round 2 a couple of weeks ago but it's fair to say I rushed into it without mentally preparing for it. This lead me to stop at day 4. However, I put everything to the side and decided to do it at a more suitable time....NOW.

    Loading days were fun but not great. It was actually quite a challenge getting that much food into me. I gained a whopping 2.5kg. However most of this was me just being bloated.

    My goal for this round is under 100kg I don't believe I'll get there just due to the short round but I will be very chuffed with under 105kg. This should allow me to fit most of my clothes, or my pants at least.

    I'm aiming for 15 days plus 3 days without the HCG. As I've said before. I'd sooner do a shorter round and loss 10kg than do 40 days and lose 15kg. The shorter rounds are easier and it's far more manageable to do 2 weeks. I also find after 2 weeks that's when my cravings go a little crazyROUND 2 - Lock down special.

    Weight today: 113.5kg

    UPDATE 8/5/20 DAY 5

    What a great start to the diet! Feeling much better about this round I'm definitely more focused and am reaping the benefits. Currently at 109.5kg. Haven't tried clothes on just yet...will wait for a few more days. I haven't told my family and because I've been working so much they haven't really noticed. That being said my mum is always supportive even if she doesn't quite understand diet. I'm going slightly rouge this time round. I'm having eggs and chicken each day as well as an extra fruit instead of my 2nd vegetable (i.e. 2 grapefruit) I will monitor this closely and see whether my body is adversely affected by these changes. I'm probably pretty lucky being male that my body doesn't seem to be to sensitive to changes but I still firmly believe in the OP and such is the basis of my diet.

    As a note final note. I've set another goal for myself to be under 100kg by October 2020. This would allow me to be back to my better self before summer here in New Zealand ROUND 2 - Lock down special.. I'll continue after the diet to do low carb and am going to work on incorporating more low carb replacements like almond meal into my diet. Onward and upward!!

    Short round to stabilize is 23 days hcg and then two days to transition to p3 You are doing well Hope you consider the 23 days ...so you can keep the losses off
