    Tiredness

I'm a truck driver. So with that said I am in my first week of hcg. I am noticing I get really tiered after I eat. This kinda does make it dangerous for me as a driver. Don't worry do stop to sleep when needed. Any advice to help. I am on 175 iu of a 5000 ml.

Plus side day 4 down 8lbs

It's odd to get tired after you eat. That usually only happens if you're eating something you're sensitive to so I'd take a look at what you're eating and try to figure out the culprit. You're not hungry? That's a fairly high dose.

Not hungry, and I mix up my meals everyday to keep the body guessing but still get tired

You could be drinking too much as well and washing out your electrolytes. Try some sea salt in warm water and see if that helps.
