3 days of loading with hcg shots plus 21 days of dieting with shots is 24 days.

I decided to stop weighting myself and feel awesome, no hungry some bread and cheese cravings but under total control so far.
Well then I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. I lost a lot of weight over a decade ago (almost 100 pounds with phentermine) but was bouncing between 135 and 155 basically uncontrollably, and cycling on and off phentermine just to keep it there. I did my first round of hcg in 2012 and I've so rarely gone even a pound or two over 140 since. Pretty easily. I also lowered my goal some (I have tiny bones, who knew?) and that is the 15 I keep re-doing. But even that comes off and only goes back on when I totally ignore my body and binge for weeks on my personal bad foods.

I'm going to tell you though, I COMPLETELY disagree with the idea of not weighing yourself. Some people's bodies and eating habits are lined up from birth so they're "naturally" thin, ok, they don't need scales, but if you've ever been overweight- something isn't lined up properly. Your weight shouldn't control how you feel about yourself, but it is extremely important information about what's happening with your body. You can see inflammation quickly and problem solve. You can see if your eating is creeping into too much, and when you keep really good track, it is SO EASY to make tiny corrections. Steak days for life (I do egg days, some do yogurt, depends on your body.) I will say weighing irregularly might not be very helpful- daily is the absolute best. It shouldn't be an emotional thing, but it is SUCH good data. Anyway, there are obviously other schools of thought on that and a reasonable person could disagree, just wanted to put mine out there.

Good luck- this stuff can be life changing.

Maria, I have 15 lbs to lose to be at goal weight too. I would love to do it in a short round but I'm thinking it will take a long round for me. I'm on VLCD 3. Good luck to us both!

    Hello All,

So, today I had my last injection and I have lost 4kgs total. Although I wish I had lost 1 more kg I am very happy with the result so far. But Im freaking out with phase 3, I don't quite understand what to do now. I have my next appointment with the doctor next Thursday, right before changing my diet. Any ideas of what to have on day 1 of phase 3?

So..... I’m done super done with phase 2. I feel very happy and proud because I reach my goal while on vlcd.
My initial weight was 57.7 kgs
My last weight during P2 52.6 kgs
Lost total of 5.1 kilos which is pretty awesome to me.
I’m very surprise of how I lost in the last 5 days 1 more Kg
Tomorrow I’ll start P3 and I am very exited about it.... I really hope I can manage to keep on cooking my own food, which
Is the real reason why I decided to do hcg.
Lets get on P3 with plenty of yummy and healthy food and a nice gym routine *♀️ *♀️*♀️

Looking for a little advice and moral support...

First time doing this, take a pill under my tongue every morning...5í3 and started (before loading at 131.3). Today is day 11 and I woke this morning I weighed 128.8. If you count what I gained during loading, itís about a 4lb loss, if you donít, then you can see, itís onky about 2.5.

Which, if I wasnít doing the diet, is more than I would have lost otherwise, but when I look at the success of others, I feel discouraged. Is it likely that weight loss will pick up as the diet continues?

My goal weight is 115-120. I was given 28 pills. Can the diet be extended if I havenít reached my goal?

Any other thoughts would be welcomed too

Four pounds is is indeed a very low loss for day 11.

Can you tell us more about your HCG? What dose are you taking?

Are you experiencing any hunger or cravings?

Are you following the 500 calorie diet or are you on a different plan from your provider?
