Thread: 150+ lbs to lose / 300lb+ Club

    I'm new here and new to HCG - I'm on my 1st round of HCG injections Phase 2...Down 22 already !!! I too have a ton to lose - one small goal at a time !!! I have loved this thread and all the comments.....

    I have struggled my whole adult life and not being as active as i was in high school/college...I gained before I got married and then after each child.....Now is the time to Lose this weight and get Healthy for my Family (I have tried a ton of times so this has to be the Life Changing one....so far its not to hard to follow...with normal foods and all)

    Did any of yall start to work out lightly in Phase 3 or 4 - also are there any Helpful Hints as I approach P3 and P4
    I plan to start my 2nd Round the end of Oct so i'll be on Phase 2 and 3 again during the Holidays

    HcG newbie here. 5'5" tall, 260-265 lbs on any given day. Need to lose at least 80-100 pounds to be healthy. I'm a size 3X tops and 24 or 26 pants. :sigh:

    Waiting on bacteriostatic water and mixing vials to start R1P1. Worried about keeping to the 500 cal diet during R1P1. I already drink 1-2 liters of water a day.

    Mom of 2, that is the attitude to have! One small goal at a time!

    I started out at 263 pounds and now I'm down almost 100 pounds! You can do it! This is such an awesome protocol.

    I also gained weight after each child and then my thyroid went haywire and I gained a ton more!

    I do an exercise program called T-Tapp. It takes a physical therapy approach to fitness and almost anyone can do it. She even has some sit down workouts. I'm hoping to get certified to teach it next year and that would never have been possible before hCG! Click here to see what T-Tapp is. All of the workouts are good, but I'd probably recommend with Basic Workout Plus or MORE. Basic is only a 15 minute workout.

    You might want to wait until after the holidays to do another P2, but it's totally up to you. I'd really struggle with P2 during holiday time myself.

    Well I just started this Hgc diet and I am now in my 3ed day and have lost 4.2 pounds. I started at 350 and I hate the way I look. i am feeling a little light headed and hungry but I have stayed the course. I hope by joining this site will help me throgh this.

    Thumbs up Wow!!

    I'm a newbie also. I started at 356 Saturday August 2, 2014. P2 started yesterday was down 5.2 pounds as of this morning!! I was in shock... I think my adrenaline kicked in haha. Can't wait to see how this goes! Still 200ish to lose! Feeling hopeful for the first time EVER! Weight today was 350.8.

    Start weight 356 Saturday & Load
    R1/P2 Monday 350.8,
    Tuesday 349.2 FIRST GOAL (Below 350) next goal less than 325.
