Thread: Appetite Suppressant

Hi! I was wondering if there would be any counter-productive affect to the HCG, (I do the pills because I travel and can't carry the injections with me), if I take a prescription appetite suppressant until I can get through the first week and the HCG has a chance to take away my appetite?

appetite suppressants are not recommended because they mask your hunger, and hunger is a sign of dosing problems. If your dose is incorrect, then you are losing the wrong kinds of fat. I have done 3 rounds, and I know with me, I can tell if my dose is off normally that first day or two. So if you are experiencing a great deal of hunger, its a big indicator that your dose most likely needs to be adjusted.
