Chocolate Pudding

I won't lie, it does taste like avocados a bit. But after a couple bites you forget about it. I also think it's really really good frozen, like ice cream!

This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Oooh, those look good. I'll be checking them out in P4 when I can have pumpkin.
What is the best sweetener to use for making whipped cream? I have Truvia, liquid Stevia and Xylitol at home right now. I'm going to try making apple crisp and whipped cream for my anniversary next week. DH loves fruit desserts.
Try this one - was a combination of a mug cake/cheesecake on top of cinnamon apples! YUM!
1 large honey crisp apple - peeled/cored sliced
cinnamon and sweetener of choice.... pre-bake apple in microwave for 3 minutes with cinn/sweet added. (use a large bowl)
in a magic bullet or bowl.... mix 3TBS almond meal, 1 TBS flax, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp cinn/sweetnr, 2 tbsp cream - pour on top of pre-cooked apple slices...
in magic bullet again..... combine 3/4 pkg cream cheese, 1 large egg, 2 tsp vanilla, 6 drops vanilla cream stevia - pour on top of "mug cake batter"
put bowl in microw and bake for about 10 min on high....but watch it for doneness.... outsides get done first, when inside looks almost done, it will finish cooking while cooling.
If desired.....and in your magic bullet again.... 1/2 c heavy cream..... dash of sweetener - pulse blend till whipped, usually less than 40 seconds.....
put on top of apple dinner.....
Eliminate cream if you want to make it a little healthier.....otherwise, totally P3 friendly and yummy!
Could be made in the oven too - it just happend to be 110 degrees at my house yesterday and I wasn't doing ANYTHING in the oven!
Birrdieface...have a question...can i use my bread machine and sub almond flour for the wheat flour i usually use? I am not sure about the yeast...is that a starch?? the sugar i could use the xylitol (SP ?) Just wondering since i will be heading to phase 3 in a few short weeks. Have been enjoying the recipes you are posting...cant wait to try them!!!
