    Bmi 24.1

I have a normal bmi but I do have weight to lose and abnormal fat that won't shift in my legs and arms.

Is it safe for me to to the HCG diet at that BMI?

BMI is only calculated with height and weight metrics. It doesn't determine your ratio of fat to muscle. So its quite possible to have too high a fat ratio even at a normal BMI, and to have excess visceral fat.

24.1 is near the top of the normal range for women. You would have to lose to less than 18.4 to be entering underweight territory, so you have some leeway.

Generally the HCG protocol is meant to be used for people that have at least 15 pounds to lose. But even if you want to lose only 5 pounds, you still would need to complete a minimum of 23 dose days, so that may be a consideration. It is safe to do either way.

Due to different reasons i am now have a bmi 22.6, but stubborn fat on my legs. Would it be advisable to do a short round to get rid of the stubborn fat or would it mess with my metabolism at that weight?

HCG works to fix metabolic problems, so it is not going to hurt your metabolism. If it is worth it to you to invest 26 days and then 3 more weeks on maintenance to see if HCG weight loss will address the fat on your legs, there is no reason not to try it.
