    Breasts?

Sorry lol, I just wanted to check other peoples experiences with their bra sizes, did you lose or maintain? I really cannot afford to lose from that area, I'm pear shaped.

Lost breast size nd at 77 started sagging. Didnt realize how much my excess weight kept my breasts from sag. If you are young than should not be issue, Exercise those pectoral muscles will help. I am just too lazy

I did not lose any breast size over a 75 pound weight loss. It has been pretty amazing. With any other diet, the breast fullness was the first to go.

    Thanks both for replying

I'm in my mid 30's so I hope I'm still young enough lol

Leez, I hope I get your luck. I'm pair shaped and always loose of boobs first so I hope the HCG can mitigate this.

In my 75 lb. loss, I did lose breasts which sagged, but I was glad for the loss since my breast area was the biggest area of weight for me.

I was a originally a 40 DDD. By the time I lost the weight, I was a 36D. After keeping the weight off for a year, I had a minor breast reduction and lift. The best thing ever in my opinion. I love not having to wear a bra with some dresses and tops, yet my breasts still look full and perky enough to look great in those garments. When I regain weight (as I recently did since the beginning of the year), the 10 lbs. are in my breast and arm areas, which I hate. My tummy, hips, and legs all stay the same size for the most part, since I still wear size 4 pants and jeans.

It's genetic with me on both sides of my family though - lol. Some of the women in my family still look like Dolly Parton on top, others have also had breast reductions due to back issues.

I always lose some in my breasts (or gain if I’m gaining weight)

I did hcg back in 2011 and I dont recall any major reduction in breast size. I do remember thinking they looked "perkier" ... perhaps they werent as heavy anymore and thats why? idk ... Im only 9 days into this round so I cant really comment yet. I'll def agree with Leez though.. any other diet i've done the girls were the first to go lol
