Thread: I cheated bigtime, now what should I do?

I cheated bigtime, now what should I do?

Started Christmas night and went downhill from there. I didn't take the drops for a few days and totally pigged out. I'm around my 25th day of R1 P2. I was down 9 lbs, but am sure I gained at least half back - I can't bring myself to step on the scale.

Should I scrap the whole thing, wait 6 weeks and start completely over? Or can I pretend none of that happened and continue? I'm afraid of immunity bigtime because I saw what this diet can do and it was working great! Thanks so much.

If you were on drops, there isn't an immunity issue. I'd get right back on. Good luck!

I did an apple day when i messed up; 5 large apples which you eat from lunch onwards, nothing inthe morning...harsh but helpful! Good luck!

An apple day is not for a cheat and can actually make you gain more.
