    I cheated. :( But was starting TOM too.... GREAT! '-__-

    So I cheated on my diet last Saturday and ate half a burger and (TMI sorry...) threw it up when I got home bc it felt like i ate 3 of them!! So then I ate 2 skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and some chocolates bc I was having major cravings!! Just felt like i needed to have ONE cheat day to get through the rest! So the next day I lost almost a pound going just under 150 lbs, then jumped up to 151.6 Monday. I've been stalling the last 3 weeks at the same weight and today finally weighed in at 151.2. I skipped fruits day after my cheat and have been sticking to protocol. I was supposed to start TOM Saturday but didn't and STILL haven't. Idk if this could be just water retention or if it's the cheat? :/ either way I'm happy that I'm beginning to lose! But I still haven't started TOM so not sure what's up. Grrr! What's your opinion or experience, any similar situations?

    Likely its both.

    It generally takes 3-4 days to get past the effects of a cheat, and TOM messes up your scale results with water retention numbers.

    Just stay on protocol and I think you'll find that after the TOM effect passes, you'll be back on track.

    It might be a dose issue that is behind your cravings. You could do a skip day to check your dose.

    Honestly if it's not TOM that's the culprit to my cravings it must've been that accidental sip of sprite!! But got it out of my system and sticking to my guns! Thanks for the advice, I'll just have to be patient and that totally makes sense!

    I have one cheat day every other week. No food all day then a light dinner but!!! I will have a cosmo or 3. After 2 days I am right back where I want to be. Amazing. And it gives me something to look forward to.

    That's not the way to do the diet and stabilize, Chris. What's the point of even doing the diet if you're going to stall every week for several days. Your losses won't be what they could be, you're not learning much about controlling cravings, and you run a very big risk of not stabilizing and regaining every pound you drop. It's a really really bad idea to do this.
