try Spry... its sweetened with xylitol... u can get it at healthfood stores.. its the only gum i know to be approved
I chew Trident gum, any flavor, like it's my job. It is sweetened with xylitol as well. I've had no problems with it. It's individual. Try it and see what happens. Some people stall, some are ok.

OMg I chew gum all the time. On my first few rounds I was strict protocol but ummmm this last round I chewed orbitz gum (all flavors) with NO issues. sometimes almost a whole pac a day. I still chew em and have no probs. been chewing gum before the protocol and after. Its the thing that kept me sane this round.
I probably chewed half a pack a day while on P2 ... Dentyne, Trident, Orbit, Eclipse, whatever I could find. It didn't appear to have affected my weight loss at all. Cinnamon flavor really helped me not miss food.
I have been chewing Trident for the last few days without any issues.
