    E-cigs? (Juul)

Hello, Iíve done the HCG diet before, but it was before I used an E-cig. I was wondering if using a JUUL was allowed. The pods for them probably contain oil and sugar, but Iím not sure, and I also donít know how that would affect it. I rly need answers

I wouldn't think it would be an issue as they use artificial sweeteners in those. The only thing would be the propylene glycol. I don't think there are oils in them, unless maybe essential oils (which aren't really oils, but essences.)

100grams of propylene glycol has 400 carb calories. You'd have to consume a lot of e-juice to get anything significant. I don't vape, so not familiar with how much you use at a time.
