It's surprising that with me eating a much larger amount of fruits and veggies than I've ever eaten before that I'm getting a cold.
My nose is running like craaaaaaaaaaaazy! Is this part of a possible "detox" reaction or what?

RI: 160 - 135lbs. Stabalized 140. Moved, gained up to 155. Currently 150.
Protein: Chicken, lean hamburger, steak, shrimp, eggs
Veggies: Tomatoes, squash, zucchini, collard greens, spinach, kale, onions
Water: 100+oz/day
Coffee: 3-4 cups w/ Stevia
Could be, could also be a coincident. Just because one eats (more) healthy does not necessarily make you immune :-) I got a cold and a bad cough before I started P1, and took a pain killer or two, it REALLY made my throat pains bearable, they almost disappeared, and I sleep better at night because my rough throat didn't make me cough all the time.
