Thread: Correct Dose Is Essential

  1. #61
I also find HCG diet not very filling. I was fallowing the diet plan for 5 days and I feel hungry all the time. Maybe it takes time till my body gets used to changes but as man who works out I need more calories.

If you are hungry all the time, its likely your dose is not right. Things should have settled in after 5 days, even though there is sometimes some hunger the first couple of days. What dose are you taking?

I just ordered from a company recommended on here. My instructions say 5ml bac water to 5000 iu Hcg with a 175 pull. In the past I've always read 10 mls to 5000iu and 125-150 pull subq have I been doing it wrong the whole time?

You can safely ignore those instructions. 10ml bacteriostatic water to 5000iu is what is recommended by the veterans on this site. The companies get the sites recommendation for the purity and safety of their product....not their variations on the protocol.

I personally have used 20ml bac water to 5000iu HCG. It makes it really easy if you need to adjust dose. Some think it also helps the HCG disperse better in your tissues.

The standard dose is 150iu, and sometimes that has to be lowered because of hunger and poor loss issues. 125iu is the dose Dr. Simeons used and many people do well on that.

Good morning - I am SO confused at this point, from reading this thread from start to end. Leez, I just read your last post (5/9/16) and it makes sense to me. However, I've already mixed my stuff according to the same instructions that Rookmoney had: 5 ml of bac water to 5000iu HcG. Should I draw to 175 if I want to go up? I'm on VLCD 7 and have lost six pounds. This isn't my first round but it's been two years since I have done it. Each round that I had done, I NEVER, and I do mean NEVER, felt a bit of hunger. This time through I've been ridiculously uncomfortable due to hunger (haven't wanted to eat my dogs or anything but still pretty nasty). Spoke with the doctor and was advised to go down but to never go up. I'm good with going up or down, just not sure which to try first and up to where to draw when I do. When I did my earlier rounds, I was at 125iu the entire time. Do I just draw 12.5 on the syringe for this? Or is it a different number because I only mixed with 5ml of bac water? New Edge Health is the company I bought from.

    Thanks in advance!

What dose are you on now? 12.5 is 125 iu mixed the way you have done it. Hunger is most likely a dose too high rather than too low so if you're doing 15 (150 iu) then the dose is likely too high. If you've been doing 150 iu, I would skip your next shot then lower to 125 iu.

    Dose problems

Iam at my wits end, my first order from New Edge was wonderful, I lost quite a bit of weight. The next round, from New Edge, which I started about 12-14 weeks later after successfuly completing p-3 & 4. This hcg has not worked at all for me, 125 was good last time, for the past 6-8 weeks I've been trying to find the right dose all the way from 75 to 200 skipping a day each time I change. NOTHING! I know I've gained weight don't know how lmuch Iam afraid to weigh myself.

Anyone else gone through this? suggestions? in short HELP!!

How are you changing it up? If you just change the dose without skipping, it takes about 3 days to see a change. And if you raise a dose, you need to stay at that dose 2-3 days as well.

I would skip your next injection (as long as you're not on 75 which is too low to even be taking) and see how you feel in the evening. If better, the dose is too high so drop the dose down. How much to drop it depends on where you are. If you're on 75, go to 125 and stay there for 2 days. Since you did a previous round, you often need less the next round so 115 or so might be perfect for you.

Thank you so much for your response. I will be on vacation for the next 2 weeks, when I return I will start on 115 for a few days & see how it goes. I will let you know. Gracias.

Help... I need some guidance also......This is round 4 for me. Last 2 rounds were a disaster. I only made it though 2 weeks both trys. I couldn't stop the night time binging. This round i haven't had trouble at night but I don't feel great nor do i have a lot of energy. My head is also very foggy. I'm not starved but I feel yucky at times. It hasn't helped that I;m not sleeping great and I am a person who really needs my sleep. I am 47 years old and i am 5ft 5 inches and I weighed 149.4 this am. I am on VLCD 8 and have lost 7lbs. I am taking 150 iu injections. This am i was up .2. and I am sticking strictly to protocol. I am a very fast metabolizer of medication which means typically I need more of anything I'm taking. Anyone have any thoughts?

forgot to add i am using potassium, Magnesium and sea salt
