Magnesium both tablets and Epsom salt bath
    B12

Bowel cleanse (oxy powder 2 homemade capsules e.g 1/6 of regular dose
    Activated charcoal with the psyllium

.. With all that.. I still crave chocolate...

Hi! Cravings are common the first few days of p2. Afterall, you are trying to learn and accept new healthy eating habits and your body is screaming NO! They should get better in a few days. Hang in there.

Some people find that using chocolate stevia drops in their coffee (or on their stawberries) helps satisfy the chocolate yearnings.

But overusing stevia can also make cravings worse, so you have to find your balance.

Something you can try if you like.

You don't really want to do things to mask actual hunger though. Your hunger levels are your best indicator of being on the correct dose.

Unfortunately cravings and withdrawals are a part of the first week. It does get better. I use an Appetite Suppressant patch from Frequency Apps. It helps with the withdrawals, cravings, and emotional hunger issues. I don't need it the whole round but it really helps. I hope you feel better.

Please not use any kind of appetite suppressant in P2! It's important to know if you have hunger so the dose can be fixed. Otherwise you lose the wrong kind of fat and quickly regain the weight.
