Lot's of people use truvia.

Lot's of people use truvia.
I saw Xlitol in your pancakes. I think that's a sugar alcohol based on what I've seen on these threads.

Good catch Mom! You are right. Some people can't tolerate xylitol on P2. But seem to do ok on P3. Another thing to consider.
Just made the best soup...I forgot how much fun P3 can be.
Broccolli Cheese Soup:
1 frozen pkg of chopped broccolli
3 cups of water
Bring to a boil, then reduce fire and add
1/2 block of chedder cheese
3/4 c cream
salt and pepper to taste
I added a couple of hamhocks too

Knaegele is on to something. I can't have almond flour period....bob's or honeyville. I blow up like you wouldn't believe....eggs are also a problem. The funny thing is I can have whole natural almonds.
Candy~I'm going to have to try your soup recipe
Candy, what is c cream? Also, I have a made a rendition of this (on another diet) and I used cottage cheese. It was delicious!!
Apparently it is a sugar alcohol. I can't eat them without gastrointestinal problems. Maybe this is part of your problem. Can you use stevia or something else in it's place for P3?
From wikipedia:
Xylitol (from Greek ????? - xyl[on], "wood" + suffix -itol, used to denote sugar alcohols) is a sugar alcohol sweetener used as a naturally occurring sugar substitute. It is found in the fibers of many fruits and vegetables, including various berries, corn husks, oats, and mushrooms.[2] It can be extracted from corn fiber,[3] birch, raspberries, plums, and corn. Xylitol is roughly as sweet as sucrose with only two-thirds the food energy. As with most sugar alcohols, initial consumption can result in bloating, diarrhea, and flatulence, although generally rather less so than other sugar alcohols like sorbitol.
Candy - your recipe sounds wonderful. I'm gonna try it fo sho
It must have been a typo....it's just cream. I also used a hand blender in the pot.
Enjoy!
