    Talking Dinner at Ruby Tuesday on P2 - GOOD!!

    As I've been reporting since Mid-January, I am now nearing the end of a 30 day vanity round. Last night, my new love asked if I wanted to go out to dinner - specifically to Ruby Tuesday where I can build my own salad or other meal that wouldn't violate my "30-Day Detox Plan" as he's calling it.

    Once we arrived at the restaurant, this particular location had a smaller salad bar than I've seen in locations elsewhere, and the only proteins available were diced ham or bacon. I decided to take a look at the menu instead and ended up ordering a 6-oz. sirloin steak specifying that it be cooked in no butter or oil at all and a small side garden salad with lettuce, cucumber and tomato only - no dressing. The steak was very small, no fat at all, well cooked and very tasty.

    To my surprise, I was down .8 today - Yippee!!

    That's great!! I've had steak and broccoli from TGI Friday's in P2 and not had any issues after asking them for the no butter/oil. Even if you get a larger steak, it'll have how many oz. it is and you can have leftovers
