Exclamation Has anyone experienced being realy TIRED & needing to Seep? PLS read :(

I've been back on VLCD since this past Sunday. I started taking 115 IU's this week ( I done this bc I started my 1st phase three weeks ago.... but got sick and had to take a steroid due to my lungs. I was told to stop the diet by my doctor). I was worried I would build up an immunity to the HCG. Thus, the...Reason for starting on a lower dose.

With this being said.....all week I've been tired. I would get up, take my shot, do some errands, and feel the need to lay down! However, this morning I got up at 8am took my shot and laid back down AND slept till 3 pm and could of slept longer. I forced my self to get up!

I have lost 5 lbs in in four days not including my load days.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Should I increase my dose?

I wanted to add that my doctor give me the ok to start back my VLCD since my last check up.

    Please help ...

Yes tired, but not that tired. You do need plenty of sleep at night on this diet/protocol! (for me it was 8-10 hours) I felt great when I had plenty of sleep. I felt like I was hit by a bus when I didnt get enough. I'm not sure about the dosing since I do drops, but I'd try going back to the normal dose and see how you feel.

When I get up in the morning I am full of energy. About 3-4 PM I start to feel tired. Not sure if it’s the added stress at work.

Dec 2005 had the Lapband done and weighted 323 lbs...got down to 267 lbs and over the years regained weight.
back up again. Start 12/17/12- 318.0

I think you likely reduced your dose for no reason. You don't ever assume anything. If you have no hunger on the dose you were on, you should go back there.

I guess I wanted to be safe rather than sorry. I'm not taking a dose tomorrow. I guess I will increase Monday and see how I feel.

I would take your dose tomorrow since you are already low. Why would you think you were having immunity issues? They are extremely rare, even on subsequent rounds. I've done 5 rounds and never had any immunity. LONG rounds.
