Lightbulb Does anyone have a favorite "Getting Started Guide" for injectable hCG protocols...?

    Hi all!

So I'm coming back to do another round after being gone for a few years from the protocol. And for the life of me, I can't remember how I found all the right needles and bacteriostatic water and etc. when I did it 7 years ago...lol!

I'm hoping to find a decent guide floating around on the internet that covers all the most basic questions -- questions like:

    - Where to find the right already sterilized needles (supply source online)
    - What needles to use (for mixing, for injecting)
    - Where to find bacteriostatic water
    - What size amber vials to use for each version of IUs being mixed (2,000 IUs, 5,000 IUs, 10,000 IUs, etc.)
    - Basic recipes
    - Tips for how to manage each phase (P1, P2, P3, P4)
    - Tips on how to deal with stalls and gains
    - Anything else that is helpful

I have the always essential "Pounds and Inches" of course -- but I need a guide, I believe, that will cover all these things. I'm like a brand new baby deer in a forest all of a sudden, lol, and need to remember what has to be done all over again. Hoping someone out there has already written an awesome guide.

And if you don't know of a guide, if you can answer any of the questions/issues (above) I posted with a link to a source....for any of those things, it would be truly appreciated!

I already have my hCG (liquid Hucog, 2,000 IU vials....enough for a long round of 42 days)......and all info I asked about knowing (above) pertains to only my use of the 2,000 IU amount of hCG. So if you have a good source for mixing instructions, or needle sizes, or size of the amber vials needed, or etc. for the 2,000 IU version, that would be very very appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any and all help!

Our site owner, Jen, has this Quick Start guide that you might find helpful:
    https://hcgdietinfo.com/guide-to-the-hcg-diet-plan/

But there are so many individual questions and products and mitigating factors that really the best way to approach your questions is to ask them in the forums (as you have been doing). I believe I answered your question about needle sizes and mixing in another topic.

For exactly how to mix, I found searching out a video helped me get the sequence, but there is a written guide on the site that is very detailed if text to comprehension works best for you. The first of these is the most recent:
    Subcutaneous Injection Mixing Instructions

How to Mix your Hcg for Injections

The thing you need to get straight in your head is the concept of equalizing pressure as you transfer liquids from one bottle to another. The videos really help you understand that part.

This topic sought to compile P2 recipes that are perfectly on protocol:

Please note that any suggestions I make are based on the Original Protocol.

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies.
