    Gaining weight everyday this week! Day 32 on P2! Help! :(((

    Hello people. Im new to this forum, though ive read pretty much everything there is about hcg. I love the diet, i love the simplicity and its efficciency. But, ive been loosing about 300g to 500g a day and this week i gained about 300g A DAY. And i didnt do any changes on my diet.
    As a matter of fact, i started drinking more water than i usually do.
    Im desperate and so frustrated. I dont use any cosmetics, no sugar, no oil, ive been eating 1/2 a cup of cooked veggies i honestly dunno whats wrong. Im almost done with P2 im on day 32 and i still have at least 7kg to loose.
    Can anyone help me?

    Its not unusual to have periods of no loss or even small gains during P2. It can be due to hormonal fluctuations, water retention from varying salt levels, constipation, or an inflammation reaction of some kind.

    Did you start any new supplements, foods, suffer from allergies, muscle strain, or are ill in any way? All could be factors.

    If nothing has changed, then the best course is to wait it out until your body releases the water it is holding. Understand that you are not gaining fat.

    Some find that eating beef and tomatos together can be a problem, or overdoing chili powder, since peppers are not on protocol.

    I'm sorry you're gaining. My advice would be to compare your diet carefully with the one in P&I to make sure you haven't inadvertently included any off protocol foods. And weigh your portions to ensure you are getting close to the 500 calories a day. I can tell you that 1/2 cup servings of vegetables likely won't be enough.

    Here's the original food list:

    Breakfast: Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or other sweeteners may be used.

    Lunch:

    100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird.

    One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.

    3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.

    4. An apple, orange, a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.

    Dinner:

    The same four choices as lunch (above.)

    The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, majoram, etc., may be used for seasoning, but no oil, butter or dressing.
