Thread: Grain Bread Not Made with Flour

    Hello,

    I was wondering if we could eat this saw it on Dr Oz today. It is called grain bread and it's not made with flour. Would this be okay to eat?

    If it has ANY grain in it, it can't be eaten until P4. :-(

    I recorded it and just watched it - they were talking about sprouted grain bread - its a great bread, I eat it all the time but its full of grains, they are just sprouted so healthier

    I eat sprouted grain bread too in P4. Try it then. You may love it and it's much healthier for you!

    That's one brand of sprouted grain bread. Even though I can't eat normal gluten products, I can eat Ezekiel on occasion without a problem. :-)

    They were talking about Ezeikeil but Trader Joes also carries there own brand and there are others

    I also really like manna bread- its also a sprouted bread but has no yeast and is unleavened. comes in several different flavors

    I missed bread so much at first, now I hardly ever think about it! I guess that is a good thing. Sweets too! I love that cravings for all of that stuff is gone.

    I missed bread at first too, now I would just as soon eat the good stuff that is inbetween it. To me the bread and tortilla wraps are just fillers now and a means to get the stuff to your mouth, I can do that with a fork. I bought some Ezeckiel bread a while back but have only eaten a few slices out of it, not because I didn't like it but just because I don't really want it.
