My weight this morning is 190 lbs. I need to go to the grocery store and and buy some new ingredients for these new recipes in phase 3, that are on this website. They look delicious!
My medications that I am taking for hypothyroidism is Cytomel.

Starting weight 208 lbs., last dosage weight 188 lbs.

Deanna, sounds like things are going well for you. It was such a shame that you had such hunger issues. I can honestly say didn't have that once. I just must have the sweet spot with hcg--but you never know the next time, which will be tomorrow for me, Deanna. Today is my last day of PI, and weight was 183.8, so have been able to keep within range of LIW, it was 85. And Deanna, that was with eating well--so don't try and "diet" in P3. Just no starches or sugars. I even fixed some bacon for a daytime snack yesterday. Have 3 sausage patties every morning for breakfast, and once in a while a fried egg with tiny bit of cheese in it. I'm really not a huge egg eater, wish I was. But ate tuna a lot with regular mayo (Dukes, which is sugar free). Used air fryer a couple of times. One thing I didn't eat, and meant to--was beef. I think I ate one burger at beginning of PI. Point I am making is like Leez would say, don't be afraid to eat in P3. I did watch calories, only to make sure I had enough. But with all the mayo in tuna and homemade slaw, I'm sure I averaged 1500 calories a day--or more.

Tomorrow, I will have a burger as I am going to get on my hcg and load for two days. It won't be a "clean" load, I will have some sugar, and fats as well--because I know I won't have those for a long time, so load I will. Problem is once you are on HCG, your hunger and cravingsw go--that's the cruelty of loading days. Ha.

Good luck on p3, and keep us posted.

Good luck to you too! Yes, I am eating when I feel the hunger, I use to eat for comfort. I have noticed also that I get full quicker, and I am not as hungry!! I use to be hungry all the time!

Didn’t you mention that you were doing lipo injections? If so has it seemed to help? The reason I am asking is my doctor has prescribed me B12 Lipo 10 ml vial, it should be here by Monday for phase 3. I am wandering if Leez can give me instructions on if I am to mix it and what dosage amount? Also if she even recommends it for P3 or if I should save it for my next P2 in May?

The lipo injections usually come pre-mixed and ready to draw up and inject. So I would go by the directions they send with it, as it will depend on how they've mixed it.

It won't hurt you. (unless you have a sulfa allergy, then you could react to the methionine) It will help you with energy if you need B vitamins. If you are not deficient, you probably won't notice anything.

Something to consider for your next round is the possibility of using homeopathic drops. They don't create immunity, so it might be a better choice for you than using RX injections again.

Well thank you for answering my questions, you are the best! So, then if you recommend the homeopathic drops, what brand would you recommend or is there a place on this website I can go to for the answer?

Jen, our forum owner is recommending Intermountain now for homeopathic drops.

    Their order page:
    https://hcgdietinfo.com/go/intermountain

People on the forums have had consistent success with them.

Jen has posted an information page with info on the various types of drops that also tells you what to look for if you want to choose another homeopathic brand. You have to be careful, because there are a lot of fake drops out there.

I will definitely do the hCG drops in May. I am thinking that I will hold off on my lipo injections until then. I have weighed this morning and I’m 189 pounds. So maintaining has been easy for me so far. I think I will start posting over in the February 2021 so then I can be with everyone that is maintaining, I think that is where Dubbles is posting daily.

Good Morning Deanna! I Look every morning for a post from you to see how you are doing. And I am sort of a forum lurker, I read everyone on most of forums. But I am going to post mostly on the Downsizers (february) and even Magnolias thread, as I am still in P2.

Woohoo, looks like you are doing great on P3! Staying steady! So happy to hear that, eating is so much better in P3 isn't it! Spring is on it's way, but I'm sure you are more aware of that than any of us, being on a farm. Take care, and keep it up. So happy for you!

Yes, I have stabilized well and I definitely like the foods in the P3 phase. Are you on P3 now, and if so how is it going for you? I see that you had a successful weightloss after your planned interruption too! You rock on this diet! You mentioned on one of your post that you are probably going to start another round in May maybe? I sure hope so, then we can be there for each other again. I have enjoyed reading your post and have learned a lot from Leez. I will be doing the sublingual drops this next time. Leez recommended them because of my mild immunity. Apparently they are per se more gentle verses the injections, when it comes to the immunity that may develop.

I am so ready to start another round, but will have to be patient. I know that May is a busy month for me, because we go to the lake and stay for 3-4 days at a time. So, it is going to be hard to focus on Ph2 when I am away from home, but I have an ideal. I know that it would be like 70 days since I started P3 the last week of April (the 25th). I know we go to the lake Memorial weekend, so if I started the last week of April and did P2 for 30 days, that would fall a few days before we would leave. I need to ask Leez what her thoughts are on doing this.

I am so happy for you too, Dubbles!

Hi Deanna, I'm a little late to threads today. Good job on stabilizing well. And you're really eating well, i suppose. P3 foods are wonderful. Yes, I do plan on doing another round, hopefully a short round, and may do this next time on pellets. We'll see. Are you saying the end of April will be 70 days since you started P3 last? So if you did another round from end of April to May, you would be ready for Memorial Day weekend for sure, right? Leez will advise I'm sure, but sounds like a plan to me. Not sure exactly how long I'll do P3, I'm thinking 4 weeks--with adding a few carbs in for a week, , then I may just cycle back to do a short P2 round so I can hopefully lose 10-15 and be done with short round of P2 by May, or by end of 1st week in May. We'll see, that is going a little rogue, in that I don't know if I'll do the 3 weeks of P4. Depends on how I feel at the time, and how P3 is working out. I'd just like to lose another 10-15 lbs before pool opens. Ours opens a week before Memorial Day. We'll see.

Have a great weekend! And keep us posted on how you are doing, and plans!

The body needs the full rest specified between rounds regardless of immunity issues. But even more so if you have them.

    Minimums:
    between round 1-2: 6 weeks
    between round 2-3: 8 weeks
    between round 3-4: 12 weeks

Those would be the absolute minimums. I would encourage you not to cut them short. If I remember right, you had 2 rounds in 2020, so the one in January would count as round 3.

If you start having hunger issues that can't be fixed while taking hhcg, the best course would be to stop and try again in a year. hhcg doesn't cause immunity, but it will fail to work to full benefit if immunity in play.

Thank you Leez for helping me remember, about what Dr. Simeon instructed. I do not want the hunger issues, so I will start the next round after Memorial weekend when we are back from our trip. The first week of June sounds like a good time to start. This immunity issue would not even exist, if I had only knew the importance of P3 and the waiting time in between rounds. My stubbornness or if you want to call it stupidity of not doing it correctly has almost or may have already caused the full immunity to develop; to where I will always have hunger. I sure hope that I am wrong and that I will have another chance at losing another 20 lbs, before that happens.
