    Thanks and yes the foods are wonderful. How many pounds total have you lost so far? Are you wanting to get down to 150lbs? I would like to get down to 165lbs. I can’t wait for summer to get here too, for swimming and bbq. Family time is the best! ❤️
    My medications that I am taking for hypothyroidism is Cytomel.

    Starting weight 208 lbs., last dosage weight 188 lbs.

    Good Monday Morning Deanna! Over the round, which ended up being a 40 day round and had 2 weeks of PI added to it, I lost 28.8 lbs. Got down to 178.2 My goal is to get to 160 with next p2, hopefully. I really only want to do a 23-30 day round next time. Seriously. And I would like to have it done before our pool opens up. Which is before Memorial Day. Last year because of Covoid the community pool didn't open, but they have sent out notifications that they plan to this year. I really missed being out in the sunshine as much last year. I like to flower garden a little, but with my bad knee--not as much as I used to. Pool exercise is really gentle on knees.
    When did you decide to do your next P2, or have you set the dates yet?

    Sorry for getting back so late. I am still maintaining and I plan to come back on May 16. I have been sticking with mainly fruits and vegetables smoothies. I have been focusing on cleansing my liver. I have better energy now and have gotten away from caffeine completely. Congratulations on your weight-loss!!! Yes, there is nothing better than pool time with Mr. Sunshine!

    Great to hear from you Deanna! And happy to hear you aredoing so well with maintenance!. Seems you have put a plan in motion and are on track to see thru. I actually cycled back to P2 after completing my P3 and a few days of P4. I just want to be done with it--and it's going well, but my mind isn't in it as well as sometimes. I just want to be back to P3, you can certainly enjoy life there! Keep us posted once in a while!
