Not doing so well with job and it has affected my mental health. I am going to stop my hcg injection in the morning and phase into Ph 3. Thank you for following up with me it means a lot my friend. I will be going over to Leez’s July thread for support during ph3. I did have to lower my dose from 125 to 100, and my morning weight was 181 lbs. Since going back into Ph 2 from my planned interruption over the 4th of July weekend I have been cheating because my head is not into it because of all the stress from my toxic work environment. Argh!!!! ! Life is hard!!!!!!!
My medications that I am taking for hypothyroidism is Cytomel, which I have stopped during this round per Dr. Simeonís protocol. I have also quit taking any vitamins and supplements.

It's just good to hear from you Deanna Jane. New jobs are very stressful, even in a good environment, but if toxic--whoa, really hard to focus on something as taxing as hcg protocols. Because let's get real, we do often reach for food for comfort when stressed, right or wrongly. We do, at least I do. So do what you feel is best for you, you know where your head is--and if not in the game, better to go to p3 than to keep beating yourself up with cheating. Or you could do the Planned interruption for 14-16 days, reload and get back on P2 for a couple of weeks. I hate it that you seem to have such dosing issues. Are you still taking the B12/lipo shot? I would still take it, even in P3. It might help you stablize. I did, in fact, I still take--I wonder if that helps with my stablization. Don't think it helped me lose anything in P2, but I wonder if it helped me stablizing. Just a thought.

I am in phase 3 day four. My last injection was on July 11 and I was 180 lbs. I think my next round I am only going to go the short round instead of the 42 days. It just seems like I lose most of my weight during the first 3-4 weeks.

I have already gained 2 lbs. according to my morning weight this morning. So I did a steak day today. Hopefully I will see a weight loss in the morning on the scale. I believe you were right about stabilizing better by using the Lipo/ B-12 injections, so I am gonna continue doing those through phase 3.

Thanks for chiming in and checking on me! I hope you are doing okay with maintaining.

    Good day everyone,

I just wanted to post to let you all know that my Round 5 Ph 4 has been going well for the past month I have been keeping my weight within the +-2lb. of 180 lbs. I feel like I am ready to do another round. I think that I will start Round 5 on Sept. 6. I know that I shouldn't start so soon after round 4 because of possible immunity, but I think that maybe I am the type of person who can only go around 24 days instead of 40 days. I am going to try it and see what happens. I will plan to start right after this upcoming holiday on September the 5th. I will do the intramuscular injections again.

Round 6 PH 2, day 4 of phase 2, my starting weight was 185lbs after loading and now my weight this morning was180 lbs. I have had hunger all day long today and cheated. I started my dose at .45 cc which is 112.5 iu, intramuscular because that was my last dosage in Round 5. I guess I will do a skip day tomorrow to see how my hunger is and then decide what I need to do.

Deanna, if adjusting after your skip day doesn't help, please consider changing to homeopathic hhcg. You might have a better dosing experience.

Deanna, was thinking about you this morning. I hope you have dosing down better. I agree completely with Leez. Hcg is generally much easier. Maybe the injections just don't work for you, as you have such issues with doses. In past years I used homeopathic and lost as well with pellets and with drops (remember Celest's drops?) as I did with injections. Injections are just easier because once a day and done. But then weaning off injections takes 72 hours and off homeopathic only 48, so in that respect the homeopathic is easier. Hcg is such a wonderful tool if you get it right. I hate that you have such difficulty.

Going into p3 today for me, hopefully finished my last P2 for year, so hang in there if you can, but I know it must be difficult if you can't get hunger controlled. If you're interested, I ended up a touch short of my goal, goal was 150, ended up at 151.4, so happy nonetheless. But it took 9 months! Ha. Couldn't have done it if I was hungry all the time! Hope you get your issues resolved. I would definitely go homeopathic. Some people prefer homeopathic. It is also less expensive. Good luck.

Thank you, LEEZ and Dubbles for the advice. Congrats to you Dubbles on your successful weight loss!!! So proud of you, you stuck to the goal and never gave up! This is my plan to, not to give up. If it takes me 10 lb losses for each round so be it. One step at a time, I will get there one day.

To get you both caught up, I ended up on my skip day getting hungry late in the day, so I upped my dosage from 112.5 which is 45 iu’s to 118 iu’s which is 47 ish. I have had no hunger so far. My weightloss has stalled from the cheating but hopefully I should see a release soon. Thanks again and I will keep your posted.

So glad your adjustment is successful. Hopefully, it will hold and you will sail through the rest of your round with no further issues.
