Leez, yes I am mentally drained completely. I really can’t keep going, depression is hitting me hard. I started the loading of P1 on May 30th. Simeon’s protocol says at least 26 days. So I am thinking my last dosage is on Wednesday the 22 of June and then 2 more days of P2?

Maybe it is not meant for me to be at a lower weight. I try so hard, but can’t ever seem to succeed at it. Finding the correct sweet spot on dosage has always been the problem with me in the past.

If I have the correct mind set, do you think it would hurt to try again after P3 (3 weeks) and try another 26 days to see if I can lose another 10 pounds?

With this round I have gone from 206 pounds to 196 lbs, a 10 pound loss.
Jan 2021, Round 3, starting weight 208 lbs., ending weight 188 lbs.
Jun 2021, Round 4, starting weight 198 lbs., ending weight 180 lbs.
Sep 2021, Round 5, starting weight 180 lbs., ending weight 182lbs.
Jun 2022, Round 6, starting weight 207 lbs., ending weight 190 lbs.

The minimum round is 23 dose days. That includes your 2 loading days. Since you are using homeopathic hhcg, you only need to wait 48 hours after your last dose to start P3.

What you can do is after your 23rd dose, you can take a break for up to 2 weeks. You transition off just like you were going into P3 (48 still on P2 eating following the last dose) and then eat P3 style for at least 4 days, and up to 2 weeks. (Start counting the 2 weeks after the 48 hours transition). Then continue on P2 without reloading for your remaining 17 dose days which will complete a long round (40 dose days).

You cannot start a new round so soon after ending this one. But the interruption described above will let you complete your current round properly. It's possible you may have a breakthrough soon and be able to lose a good amount before you reach the end of the long round.

Here's hoping that stall breaks soon!

Okay, Leez I like your plan mentioned above. I am going to try this, hopefully it will work. So, tomorrow on Tuesday will be my last dosage at 5:30 PM and I will continue the 48 hours -(Weíd & Thur) of VLCD. I will then start eating P3 foods for almost 2 weeks; then transition back into P2. I think I will start back on P2 on July 4th. Then continue in P2 for the remaining 17 days, to finish out last dose on July 20 of VLCD; then 48 hours of VLCD. Next will be 3 weeks of P3 eating to maintain.

I sure hope this works outÖlol! Letís pray it works!! I can do this!!!

I just wanted to check in and give an update. I have stabilized at 198 lbs. since I started the two week break. Everything seems to be going okay. I have been eating fruits, vegetables and meat which are permitted for P3.

Great report Deanna. It seems more likely now that you are at an old setpoint. Hopefully, it will break when you start back into the rest of your P2.

That's awesome. Those long stalls can do a number on your mind. Glad you're finally past it.

Leez I have a question, something unexpectedly came up to where I have to go out of state this coming Tuesday evening and will return Sunday. Can I do a second interruption starting tomorrow?

While there isn't any guidance in the protocol about multiple interruptions, there is nothing said prohibiting it.

Make sure you have at least 3 consecutive dose days before taking another interruption. (4 for RX HCG)

You would still need to transition while eating P2 after stopping your doses over 48 hours (for homeopathic) before starting P3 eating. Stay in the interruption for at least 4 days before resuming the rest of your 40 dose days.

Since starting back, I struggled with hunger throughout the day. Realizing my dosage was to high. I lowered to 6 drops 3 times a day instead of 7 drops. Today was a good day with no hunger, hopefully in a couple of days I will see a weight-loss.
