    Tess,

Thank you for the support and I know waiting the 6 weeks is a very good plan. Leez told me how important it is to follow the Simeon’s protocol exactly. This is so very important for Phase 3 & 4. Congrats on your 40 lb. loss!!!
My medications that I am taking for hypothyroidism is Cytomel.

I'm not sure what the exact technique is, but you can probably pull it up in search, since its been talked about on the forums.

If your doctor is sending you the vial of freeze-dried HCG (lyophilized) you have a better chance it it being viable after a year, after waiting to mix it.

The unopened vial should be fine tucked in a back dark corner of your fridge for that time. Even though it might have an exp/useby date before then, it will still be good for several years after that.

They tell you not to freeze HCG because the peptides are delicate and can be damaged. From research I've done, that damage happens from a number of freeze/thaw cycles. Freezing once and then using right after thawing seems to give a good result of keeping the HCG viable. If you have a question about it, the best way to check is to put a full dose on a pregnancy strip. Any positive, even a faint one, means your HCG is still good.

A 40 day round is 40 "dose" days. That means you count loading and P2 dose days, but not skip days or the transition days leading into P3 without HCG.

On rounds 30 doses or less, you do not need to do weekly skip days, although you can if you want to. You can start your skip days anytime in the first 2 weeks of P2. The earliest day you can skip is day 5 of P2 (after 4 effective doses)

If I'm reading you right Leez, I do need to skip a day a week on a 40 day round, actually will be a 42 day round counting the 2 load days on hcg. I've never skipped days before. Thanks.

@Dubbles: yes, if you are doing a round longer than 30 dose days, you need to skip a day a week.

Dubbies, glad you asked Leez on the skip days. I was going to ask the same question this morning. Since I started loading on Thursday 01/07/20, my first skip day will be this Thursday the 14 th. I just weighed this morning and my weight is down to 200.4 from 208! So far no issues on hunger.

Deanna Jane, awesome job on 8 lb loss so far. I'm going to do a skip day on Sundays. Easy to remember, if I remember I saw Leez say one time as long as your skip day is within the first 13-14 days youll be ok. No hunger is the best!

Dubbles... the number of injections depend on your dose....
When I mix 5000ius with 10ml, that gives me exactly 40x 125iu shots, i usually only do 125ius and can go down to 115 after week 1... only then do you get more than 40 days...

As a rule, I always load on Sat and Sunday and then skip every Sunday (first skip after the first shot) nut because my first shot was yesterday Tuesday, sunday will only be my 6th day so I will gave to rethink my skip day...thinking of making it Friday after 10 shots... Although I have never experienced any effect of skipping a dose... my thinking was that generally I am exposed to more pitfalls over weekends...I thought it might be a good idea.. but that MAY make Friday evenings problematic.... so might stick to Sundays which will make my girst skip day after 12 shots.... Leez, your thoughts?

Doing your first skip day after 12 shots is fine. Probably a good idea since you were saying you might have to end earlier than you planned. That would give you one extra dose day.

The earliest you can do the first skip day is after the 5th injection.

Here it is 3:21 AM and I can’t sleep. I sure hope that I do well on the Intramuscular 100 dosage. I started at 125 last Thursday which would make this day 11 and I’ve already had to lower my dosage to 100 because of hunger issues. I hope and pray that this dosage of 100, will be sufficient for the next 40 days.

Leez please read and advise. Yesterday I was hungry all day. So I did a skip day today. I have not been hungry all day except towards after eating my last meal. I have had these cravings. I was just wondering how long hCG mixture last until it starts getting bad. Is it 15 days or 30 days? I guess I will lower my dose down to 80 in the morning, not sure what else to do. I am kind of sad that Iím not able to stay with the 100 dosage. I may not make it for 40 days at this rate.

It is usually good for 21-30 days. Sometimes it can start fading at about 14 days.

Usually dose does not have to be adjusted from the 125iu amount when doing IM injections, so I'm finding your situation a bit puzzling. I reviewed this thread and we may be dealing with immunity, but lets' exhaust other options first.

Please review how you mixed your solution and make sure you are actually taking the dose you think you are.

How much HCG in IU's did you mix with how many ml/cc or bacteriostatic water? And then where are you pulling to on your syringe? Do you have U-100 syringes, or U-40?

    Hi Deanna
I am sorry you are experiencing hunger issues ... it can be the make or break of a P2 round
I think the first thing to do is that Leez checks out how your stash is mixed and if in fact you are injecting the iu’s you think you are injecting
Secondly is to establish When exactly you are actually hungry... do you drink water when you experiencing hunger ? How much water do you drink?

But re how long the mixture lasts... get yourself a pregnancy test and test your mixture on it... if pregnancy test is negative your mixture is no longer viable

I dont know about anyone else, but because I know that i can as a rule start out at 125 and then after 2 or 3 weeks I can go down to about 110-115 and this is the first round I experienced mild hunger and I know that was greatly because I struggle to load properly.... but i just upped my dose by 5ius... that is just ONE extra line on the syringe... and that did the trick... it seems like you tend to try and go down in units in bigger clumps and may your sweet spot is someehere in between?

I really do wish for you that you find your correct spot otherwise it can be a soul destroying experience... fingers crossed!!
